The first time I went I waited an hour even though I was early for my appointment. They then gave me someone else’s prescription and medical certificate(a man) Today when I needed to take my 2 year old daughter who has extremely heavy wheezing I was 3 minutes late and the nurse turned her away because they were busy. Not one other person was in the clinic. The whole clinic is unprofessional, unclean and disorganised. The ‘nurse’ who served me today was also incredibly rude. Go somewhere else Edit ** my child's wheezing got so bad the ambulance were called and she ended up at the northern hospital for 5 days with severe croup

This place is a joke!!! Doctors only stay for a short time and leave. It makes me wonder why??? Will never ever return. Asked for my file to be transferred and still waiting. Ridiculous!!!! If I could give a zero star rating I would. Lucky for me I found a new Clinic is Mernda.

I had a terrible experience with this medical practice today. Due to COVID lockdown, I had a telehealth consultation with Dr. Vijay at 1020am. I was told that the prescription will be sent to the chemist directly and pathology request form will be be emailed to me after 2pm. It is 4:50pm now, I haven't receive the request form neither the chemist has receive the prescription. I am trying to reach the practice for last 1 hour but nobody is answering. Now, no other practice has any appointment for today. I am suffering from so much pain just because of their neglect. I will make further complain about it and don't recommend anyone at all to this practice. Ritu

Mernda Family Clinic have gained a wonderful doctor, Dr Vijayanandam. I have been seeing Dr Vijay for the past 6 years at his last practice. He is very caring and supportive of your wellbeing and has always wanted the best for me and my health I'm now having to travel over an hour to see him at Mernda but it is well worth the drive as his is very thorough and I've found it very hard to find another doctor like him in my area!!! Steph there receptionist is lovely aswel

1*= o* unprofessional rude old women needs to be replaced by friendly doctors but, receptionist was good though. Have to improve the service and then it will be busy. Otherwise no one would like to come in this clinic. I can see all those 1 stars ratings and complains about that sick lady.

I took my sick kids to this clinic a couple of months ago. That was our family's first visit to this clinic. We had a very good experience. Dr Yazdan was very professional and took his time assessing each patient. We didn't feel rushed at all, as is the case at most commercialised clinics. I found the staff at the reception to be professional as well. Very satisfied, will definitely return and recommend this clinic.

Very good practice staff are amazing, Dr VeeJay is a very caring and compassionate Doctor, just yesterday he picked up on something on my foot, I had been to 2 different podiatrist in the last 4 months and they didn't even pick up on it. Overall excellent practice. Keep up the good work guys 😁

Absolutely professional, personable and comfortable experience from all staff. I was very pleasantly surprised that I was also able to have pathology tests and allied Health visits done on site and not have to set aside more time for another visit somewhere else. Great Work Guys !!!

Terrible service, was told I could recieve a medical certificate over a phone appointment, the doctor then said he would not issue me a medical certificate. Explained how I would get severe headaches at work from wearing a mask all day long. I'm appalled by this, doctors should have their patients best interests at heart.

Been there 4-5 times but unhappy every time. My wife visited there few days back, she mentioned her sickness but doctor simply printed medical certificate and returned her saying its nothing. No examination, questions nothing. I changed GP for my daughter from this clinic to another ...now I prefer the one in Laurimar. They simply seem to take government money doing nothing. NOT RECOMMENDED if someone is looking for checkup rather than medical certificate for work.

Accommodated by a lovely Sri Lankan receptionist there, she was very friendly. She gave my little sister colouring pencils while we waited for the doctor. Would recommend.

We went to this clinic today. The receptionist was lovely and very professional. We saw Dr Dutta who was also very lovely. Dr Dutta took the time to discuss our issues with us and we felt listened to. We would not hesitate on returning to this clinic in the future.

Took my 11 year old son to see Dr Dutta today. Lovely doctor, very kind and caring. Only waited a couple of minutes to be seen and was able to get an appt rather quickly. Will definitely be making this our family clinic from now on. Highly recommend.

Amazing receptionist she was so welcoming and lovely for my first time being at this medical centre! And doctor Vjaay was also amazing! Made sure I understood all information and even made me feel comfortable to ask whatever I needed to ask! Will be making this my new doctor clinic! Very happy patient!
