Stayed here for the night for a business trip. The hotel staff were amazing, they made me feel welcome, they had a parking spot. The room was great, had all the things I needed (little kitchen) the bed was very comfortable and it was near DFO and lots of places to eat.

Thanks to the ppl at Quest Bundoora. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment as we were seeing Taylor Swift and what a great place this is. The rooms were so clean and the apartment itself was so spacious and nice. A perfect size for travelling with a friend but still having your own privacy. Great staff and amenities too. Close to the tram station only a few minutes walk up the road. Would definitely return here. Thanks everyone at quest Bundoora

I have stayed here a few times while on business trips. The rooms are spacious and appear to be recently renovated. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the DFO. Parking available and staff helpful and friendly.

Great stay. The room was great and was perfect for my husband and I. Felt really welcome, thanks to Mel and Gina for looking after us; they were life savers for giving us directions and information. We'll be seeing you next time we're in Melbourne.

Nice and new apartment style hotel with nice furniture. With the closure of Parc Hotel Bundoora, this is one of the only hotels nearby the RMIT and La Trobe campuses here (but still not that close to La Trobe). My room smelled very smoky to the point it disturbed my sleep even though the rooms are non-smoking. They also gave my room away accidentally and while the man on the front desk failed to take responsibility or fix it, his colleague was super nice and upgraded my room to a one bedroom.

I only stayed one night but the whole experience was fabulous. From the call to organise parking prior to arrival, check in, and the room itself were all seamless - friendly and helpful staff is what makes this happen. Thanks Gina! Also make sure to visit Armanii's (just across the road) for a coffee in the morning👌

Parking is problematic. You wouldn't stay here unless you can afford it. Service is good, but you need to know your way around outside, or you might get locked out of the back entrance/exit.

It was very pleasant, the beds comfy. Overall enjoyable experience. Would stay again. The lovely receptionist with the American accent sorted out the few troubles we had.

Travelling from NZ, we were originally booked to stay at an alternative apartment hotel but on arrival we were told the hotel had gone into liquidation without advising guests. At very short notice the team at Quest Bundoora arranged a room for us to suit our requirements including moving beds into the room. Nothing was to much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable and in a good location for the local amenities and just a few minutes walk from the tram. Very appreciative of the service provided. Thanks.

Quest Bundoora has just done a complete refurbishment and everything is sparkling and new. close to dining and shopping. The staff are amazing, there is a staff member American I think Gina who actually took her Myki card out of her own purse and let me use it as the front desk was sold out! How amazing is that! I will definitely be back

Loved the location and rooms. Most staff are friendly polite and professional. However when I checked in I stood at the front counter in front of an older guy who was typing on his computer. After a couple of minutes it was starting to get awkward. He finally acknowledged I was there and asked if he could help. Ladies on front counter in mornings were lovely. Always said hello

Incredibly spacious rooms, with a comfortable decor. Cleanliness is exceptional and the staff are very accommodating. I highly recommend the Quest Bundoora if you require a room.

Never again. My employer booked my room online and paid with her credit card. Upon check in I was prepared to hand over my own debit card for a security deposit along with my licence as ID, which is normally what happens when I travel. I was told by the person working at reception that my debit card would be charged for the full amount of the room. I explained that my debit card didn’t have enough on it to cover my room and asked if the card used for the booking could be charged. The answer was no (which I don’t understand, as if I was a no show, isn’t this the card they would charge?). After a full day of work and a three hour drive, I was tired and ready for a hot shower and some relaxation. I asked if there was a way to work around this. No, the only other way was to ask my employer to take a photo of the credit card used with the original booking and send it through. Not something I was asking my employer to do at 8pm on a Wednesday night and how is that more secure than using the credit card used on the original booking? I will admit by this point I was getting teary and emotional. I took all the cash I had in my purse out and asked him to use the cash and take out the remaining amount on my debit card. Leaving me with no money for food for dinner, breakfast, or fuel. I admit I put the money down on the other side of the counter and not in a polite way at which point I was hissed at “if you don’t calm down and stop throwing your money at me, I will refuse to check you in, and you can sleep in your car”. Yes, please tell the tired, emotional neuro diverse person to calm down, that will work. Thank you for taking my voice away (if I said anything now, I risked having nowhere to stay). In between these exchanges, I had to wait in the corner with tears running down my face, while he continued to check in other guests. I was immediately taken back to school and standing in the headmaster’s office, a disobedient child once again. When he finally checked me in, and I asked about parking – twice – all he said was “turn left”. Because of the lack of food and stress, I had a shocking sleep, I still have a headache and I was useless at work today – which is the reason I was travelling. Never again.

I paid $240 for one night in a single studio apartment. A nice hotel but I thought the price was way too steep. Unfortunately I didn't have other choices/locations available to me at the time.

Withdrew my $100 room bond 5 days after motel stay. When questioned about this I was informed that they would credit the monies back which is going to take another 6 business days. I have attempted to deal with numerous staff and manager about this to find that there complaint resolution process is non existent. Perhaps they are holding my monies to create opportunity to earn interest????

Clean and nice service. Mobile reception in my room was very poor on the 3rd floor. You need access to Wifi calling through your network provider to be able to make any calls.

The lovely American receptionist was so welcoming to us She absolutely went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. As there was no house keeping because of the holiday she serviced our room during our stay. The rooms were clean and fresh. Highly recommend The Quest Bundoora.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when obviously busy. We enjoyed our 2 nights. The 1br apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. Will stay again. The $12 breakfast was ample and we are glad that we booked parking.

It is central easy access to the ring Rd, supermarket practically next door, DFO just 2mins away.. Various Fast foods and Shopping Centre approx 8min drive one direction and about the same in the other direction. Trams and buses easily accessible also. Rooms are huge but they cater for what you need. No TV in the bedroom tho in the room I had.

Perfect for a long stay ! Friendly staff only disappointment was house keeping not replenishing bathroom supplies and running out of body wash and bins not emptied on Monday mornings under sink but a great location and walking distance to the.number 86 tram for people wishing to go to the city.

Nice staff, really clean place to stay and really taking covid-19 seriously with hand sanitizer and cleaning throughout. The room service was great and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again

Possibly one of the best and easiest hotel stays we've had, purely because of the staff - they are accommodating, friendly, very helpful and very proactive in communicating with us. They even took care of a mix up we had with Agoda and made that ridiculous saga forgettable. Rooms were clean and quiet at night, beds were comfortable and showers were great. Thank you to Mel, Novy and the team at Quest Bundoora for a very pleasant and easy stay. Highly recommend.

I had very good experience staying in this hotel: clean, modern, comfortable and well positioned but........ the best part is..... staff and customer's service. The hotel provide free shuttle service: *pick up and drop off from/to airport. *shuttle to get you to work in the morning if you don't have your car with you. Lovely ladies went extra mile to accommodate my need start my work from 7am. They came 30 min earlier than they usually start to make sure I was in time for my shifts Thank you.

Informed hotel we would be arriving at 2pm as we had a wedding to attend but on arriving were told the room was not ready. I informed them that we would need to leave to get to the wedding at 4.30pm and would need time to change. Long story short we ended up getting a room at 4pm leaving my family basically no time to prepare for the wedding. I am not happy with the way this turned out at all.

If you need a hotel in bundoora, Quest has you covered. Room was huge (2br), laundrt and kitchen facilities available but great cafe over the road so didn't cook anything. In room tea and coffee plus tim-tams. Pillows of acceptable girth and firmness. When will hotels start offering a range of pillows rather than 4 of the same thing, seriously not hard. Unlike some of their pillows.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The rooms were spotless and incredibly roomy for what we paid. We had everything we could possibly need. Toby on the front reception in particular made our stay exceptional, always welcomed us back in every night and happy to help whilst we picked his brain about public transportation and the best way in and out of the city for Taylor Swift. Toby was friendly and informative he guided us to successfully arrive without stress making our trip so much better.

The room itself was nice and clean but my sleep here was absolutely terrible as I only got 1 hour sleep due to the tossing and turning from the hard bed and the concrete pillows! If your looking for a good night sleep do not come here.

😐 Tried this place and my experience was not that great. The food quality is not good & taste is below average. Not sure why this place is famous when there are many restaurants that serve great Indian food with quality, quantity & price.
