My cats had a 2 week holiday here for the first time and it was a very positive experience. They were able to take them on short notice (1 day) and I wasn't sure how my cats would cope, but was glad to see that when i went to pick them up they were more than content. Fantastic service, friendly staff, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly recommend these guys 👌

Heather was extremely rude and unprofessional, she told me the rate is 20$ per night and got defensive and nasty after I said it is 15$ on the website. She was so annoyed about me asking questions?? Isn't your job to answer questions and provide service to people?

My cat has been for holidays here several times over the last few years. Sue and her staff are awesome, the cat enclosures are very spacious, clean and comfortable and include a great sunny, outdoor area. Highly recommended and excellent care given here....if I could give 10 stars or more, I would!

Absolutely loved them. The staff were wonderful and clearly cat people. I looked around but this was not only the cheapest but has a lovely feel and lovely staff. My cat was cared for lovingly and definitely made himself at home. Would 100% be going back there when I go away next and 100% recommend. Loved them

Our cat has stayed there about a dozen times, from 3+ weeks to a couple of days and we have had no issues whatsoever. He of course is happy to come home but seems comfortable in his cat suite. The staff are lovely.

First time in sending my cats here and by looks of them they had a great time, they're more friendly now, the one that's not friendly even jumped to the carers arms, which he's never done. I will send my cats here again. Thank you for caring for my cats as if they were your own.

The staff was nothing short of amazing! My little girl was very well looked after and I completely trust the team to look after her again in the near future. I received regular feedback and pictures which made my holidays overseas more enjoyable knowing that my little girl was well taken care of. Casper has been 'camping' here for years! That's what I tell him before we go 😁 There was a change of hands last year( I believe), but that has by no means changed the level of care. Heather bent over backwards for me when I had a family emergency overseas. Chelle sent pictures and was very patient with me when I had international transfer issues!!! My boy doesn't take to strangers well, but Elyse went the extra mile to gain his affection, which definitely puts me at ease. I'm pleased to know he'll be happy on his next visit 😊

I wish I could give more stars. Everyone is amazing, and the cattery is perfect for my curious cat George.
