    Terrible staff!!! I started calling reception 1 week before my procedure to understand the costs involved. They said they would call me few days before the procedure to inform that. Two days before they called me saying that it would cost $470. The day before they called again saying it would cost almost $900. I asked them to send everything by email because I was unsure of what was the correct information. They didn’t send ANY information by email as requested. When I arrived at the hospital I asked how much of the $900 was medicare fee and how much was the fee gap. They said the $900 is all out of pocket ONLY because I was international (even though I have private health insurance that covers everything of medicare).

    I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. The receptionist was very rude and abrupt when I arrived. The doctor attended reception to call me in, and the receptionist advise the doctor the patient scheduled after me arrived first. The doctor then called in the other patient because they arrived earlier?! The receptionist also made a smug remark and laughed at my name whilst talking the doctor which made me uncomfortable. I was left waiting an hour, in the unhygienic and smelly waiting room before I left without a consultation. Would not recommend this place. They should not be dealing with people as they have no decency towards other and do not respect other people’s time.

    Doctors were great and professional. The reception staff however were evasive when it came to payment details. I was informed my procedure could be done under Medicare to only be told on the day that this was not the case. I also had to call 3 weeks post procedure to get results forwarded to my GP despite being told it would be done within a week.

    Last week, I took my mother there as she had an appointment. The reception staff, consisting of both a younger and older lady, were incredibly helpful. They were both very professional, together with the nurses, they took great care of my mom, comforting her and easing her before the appointment as she was a bit nervous.

    Emailed a referral on Monday 21st February, followed up the next day to get an indication as to when I might be able to get an appointment, I was told that someone would get back to me the following day, didn't hear so followed up with another email, no response. Rang my doctor who provided the referral, he said he would call and see if he could book me in, he came back to me and told me I was booked in for the procedure on Friday next week and that they would contact me that afternoon (Wednesday), heard nothing. Called in on Friday afternoon to see if I could get any information, receptionist told me she had no idea in relation to my two emails or the phone call from my doctor, hard to recommend.

    I would like to thank the reception staff & nurses for being polite & friendly. I'm not happy with the way I was spoken to after my procedure by the specialist. I'm a person, not a number! I did everything I was supposed to do before my procedure. You should ask certain questions when you speak to a patient before assuming. I will not go back to this clinic if I have to deal with that specialist.

    This medical center is not good and does not respect appointments, and the reception staff do not respect anyone. The doctor set an appointment for me on 12/16. I called them to set the time. The receptionist told me that I do not have a reservation for this date, and he set me an appointment on 12/20. I went to my appointment on 12/20. I asked the female employee, I have a reservation. She was in it. She tells me that there are no appointments here, and she yells at me, “Do you have a mask?” Without making sure, there are no appointments, and you are not at this center. After the argument, she called and told us that your appointment was on the 16/ 12 and you did not come And you have to wait to see the doctor in February. Well, what nonsense is this? Bad place, I do not recommend it to anyone

    The staff are friendly and efficient. While it is obviously a bit of an assembly line you are cared for as an individual. Highly recommend. Relaxed feeling too

    Don't bother with this place. Never called to organise an appointment despite numerous follow ups and calls. So happy that I went elsewhere who was able to organise when I could come in on the spot rather than messing me around - now that's amazing service! My advice would be to go elsewhere

    Booking the appointment after referral was a bit clunky, and sometimes the landline phone doesn't work. But for the procedure, everything was smooth and efficient. Doctors, nurses and all staff professional, friendly and communicated in clear detail at every point.

    I was actually scared for my life at this place the anaethesist gave me a long lecture for not knowing how tall I was even though the nurse had just taken my height then started rambling about Covid I was extremely uneasy about being put under by this person it was not necessary when I was already nervous. The first nurse was also nasty do not recommend at all. Everyone else was nice those two let the team down

    I have tried booking an appointment online and have uploaded my referral paper last week. It stated that the centre would contact me in 24-48 business hours to confirm an apt time. I have never received a call and have tried MULTIPLE times to contact this clinic on their line between 1-3pm every single day and it always goes to the automated message stating they are closed. Silly to have business hours on your google business if you're not even open. Extremely frustrating! Will be asking my GP to refer elsewhere and will notify them to no longer refer their patients to this place.

    Excellent service and staff. We were informed at every stage of what will happen. Care was exceptional from admission to discharge. Thanks to the reception staff and wonderful doctors and nurses who looked after my mother.

    If I could leave no stars I would. One of the Desk staff seemed mentally unstable. Could barely speak english and did not listen at all to what I was saying. Kept irrationally asking questions. Then when I went to answer she talked over the top of me? I went to the toilet and when I came out both desk staff were right outside toilet door to tell me they cancelled my proceedure? I felt weirded out that they stood outside a toilet door listening to me do my bussiness instead of simply waiting for me to come back to desk in waiting area. Desk staff made me feel very uncomfortable because of their behaviour. I would hate to see how they manage an emergency. Anasthesiologist then rang me as Id already paid him. He told me that the clinic told him that I cancelled the proceedure? In short do not waste your time calling to speak to practice manager to get them to investigate. It was on their website that this is how to make a complaint. The practice manager is never there to talkand never calls back. No accountability. Read through their reviews. You will find other people also find reception staff have issues.

    Had a few gastroscopes here over the years. Wait times can blow out depending on who is intent if you hit the specialist, Especially the anaesthetist Dr is Bert pleasant, professional and has a sense of humour I Think the paperwork and check in could be moved to paperless/ lots of paperwork to fill in . The nurses are lovely

    Staff is great, facilities are excellent, but really, it’s about the staff—intake and recovery nurses, anaesthetist, OR nurse, and surgeon were all top-notch. I was terribly nervous and they got me through it without a problem! Recommend very highly!

    Afternoon Can I make a suggestion that the pole in the back car park near the disabled parking be repainted yellow The height is lower than most suv cars view and given it is not visible I have hit my passenger side panel while reversing into car space opposite disable parking It’s weird you would have a pole in that space given the open area. Mentioning it to your staff they advised this has happened several times before. Regards Sophie

    Terrible experience. Received a call the day of my procedure asking me to come in 30 minutes early. Happily obliged only to be left sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours with no explanation. Got through to see the nurse and get gowned up, and then left waiting for at least another 20 minutes. Skip this place and literally go ANYWHERE else.

    Doctors & nurses were all lovely & helped make me feel comfortable as I was quite nervous for my procedures. They were friendly & professional and everything went smoothly. The receptionist, however, was quite rude on arrival (and when my partner returned to pick me up) and we also witnessed her be quite rude & abrupt to other patients while we waited.

    The staff especially professionals are very friendly and helpful. It provides extra confidence. I’m really happy with the the service. I wish to say same thing for front desk receptionist. They should improve welcoming team. I would like to suggest one important thing for those planning colonoscopy; As procedures take longer, never bring an escort with you, rather plan to pickup after 4-5 hours. This saves their time.

    Amazing hospital with the best clinician’s ever. The shrewd anaesthetist and endoscopist were extremely polite and thorough. The nurses were amazing as well. Highly recommend this place ☺️

    We made an appointment to get a procedure done, spoke to a gentleman who was quite Efficient and polite with bookings and was quite helpful. One day before the procedure the hospital called us to change the date, then on the day of procedure they called us back to change the timing. Arrived at the hospital at the time they requested, the receptionist (older lady) didn't greet us or acknowledge that we were present, as she was dealing with another patient as soon as she saw us she just said "do you have a face mask" I replied no Sorry have you got a spare one she replied in a rough, ill mannered and abrupt tone, saying well you need to get one. Your a medical facility and your main purpose is to be helpful, accommodating and caring as the front of house and unfortunately she wasn't. The rest of the doctors and nurses were very caring and made the process very pleasant.

    I read the reviews and was a bit apprehensive. From the moment I walked in, all the staff including the receptionist were polite, professional and friendly. I specially was worried about the receptionist as many 1-Star reviews mentioned her, but she was courteous, straightforward and professional. I didn’t feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. Credit to the staff! My specialist has always been friendly, approachable and professional, he takes the time to listen and explain. The anaesthetist was excellent as well.

    I’m came out alive! That’s the main thing hehe. The receptionist, nurses, doctor and anaesthetist really did a great job taking care of me in from the pre admission to the post recovery. Highly recommended and thank you! Bonus: if you’re coeliac ask for gluten free cookies, they’re so good!

    DNT GO, NO RESPECT I have to say living in melbourne I never felt that bad which I felt that today I was with my partner for the treatment the moment we enter in the hospital the receptionist lady( on the front counter older lady)was so rude to us just asked where is your mask and didn’t even greeted us and after that remark we were looking where to do and then she yelled at us “where you are going you have to ask me “ in a very rude behaviour and then the nurse asked me to wait I politely asked here can I sit her and again she “yelled at me we dnt allow but anyways sit” it was very rude never going back to that hospital.

    Wonderful experience, great staff. Only negative when getting covid swab I asked to do my own nasal swab and nurse asked why? And it was only her questioning otherwise she was also great. All other staff and admin amazing.

    I was nervous to have my procudure and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and safe. I didn't need to wait long to have the procedure. The doctors, nurses explained everything to me and I was looked after really well. A big thank you to all the staff for taking care of me.

    One thing I will agree with everyone else’s reviews here is that the older reception lady is a nasty piece of work. She seems to be judgy and demanding from the moment you walk in, which probably puts her off as disrespectful to most people. We tried to approach her regarding the 3 hour wait we waited considering our appointment was ages ago, she doesn’t respond at all and shakes her head acting as if she’s better then us. Mind you we are not from Australia, her actions made it out like she’s in fact racist. I get your work might be hard while sitting there on your phone but least you can do is do your job and be polite! The service overall is terrible, even though we pay a massive amount for the services provided here. Other patients along with myself where sighing and complaining as they sat aswell.
