Lisa Bishop is the best Property Manager I have ever had! She’s always on the ball and up to date with her knowledge whether it’s compliance with current laws or the state of the property. She balances the landlord and the tenant’s needs and acts quickly when anything needs attention or maintenance. She’s excellent, has wonderful communication skills and I highly recommend her!

Absolutely useless as Property Managers. 6 weeks into a new rental and still trying to get repairs done that should have been completed before moving in (which they pushed to get done super quick). Have needed to email multiple times per week to get any updates otherwise nothing is done. Completely failed to communicate to the Landlords that Urgent Repairs are meant to carried out straight away, not 4 weeks after requesting (had no oven or heating for first month of living in Property)

One star as it's impossible to rate with -100. I think it's the only way left to contact this agency through a bad review I'm about to make. I was a good renter paying my rent every month 2 or 3 days earlier than the arranged date and never bothered the real estate agent. Now it's been almost a month I left the property after 3 years and this agency treat me with no respect at all. No answering phones or emails. Maybe is my ethnicity and the fact that i have a few years in Australia while it's not the first time I've been treated like that. One thing people and whoever read this don't get in business with this real estate agency stay away.

Julia Moshinsky at Noble Park is a terrible property manager! Gave her over 4months to organise a rental increase (emailed 4th October 2023, for increase to occur 22/2/24), to be just told today (21/2/24) that it won't happen until April! Reason? Too busy with work, apologies apologies apologies ..cannot work 24/7 You charge fees after fees, yet you're not doing your job. If you can't get the job done, that's not my problem. If you didn't deliver on your service, you shouldn't charge me.

Excellent service and very professional and helpful. Treat there customers with respect and kindness and are extremely helpful. Udeshi is purely excellent to speak and work with as one of her tenants. Always responds and is willing to help if she can.

Cheryl Williams is my property Manager and I highly reccomend her. She is very diligent and always very prompt with any requests. Cheryl is always polite and a pleasure to deal with, she makes managing my property stress free.

Worse end of lease handling by property manager Lita giving alot of stress, talking to us with rudeness and arrogance after living in the property for five years not a single rent payment made late, treated us with arrogance creating confusion between owner and tenant i wish i could give them 0 stars
