Steve The fish man is the best person I ever saw. Very good service and friendly taking customer service . Comes to Fidh🐟 and prices are unbeatable and I really big thanks to Steve to choose fish, tank and ornaments as I attached picture . I always remember the service and best to recommended to any one who going to buy fish or tanks. They got rabbits , birds and parrets including the pigeon . Great pet shop. Friendly staff have been a number of times now. I have been served by different staff each were very friendly and helpful. I had My 5yr son on our first visit who picked a budgie and cage, it took my boy a while to pick one but the male staff member we had didn't mind and helped him. Our bird is very smart and perfect health :) Im sure we will be back again.

Most horrific pet shop I have ever been to! They say they care about the welfare of the animals but if you go into the shop you can clearly tell they don't. Workers smoking at the back with the smoke coming all through the shop. They don't even have a clue on what there talking about or selling. Cages so small with so many animals in it, it's disgusting. On top of that manager never owns upto his or his workers mistakes and has a victim mentality. They claim they are doing it hard during a pandemic but are happy to rip people off! It's all about the money. They have no interest in the animals what so ever. They shouldn't even be open . Have made reports to two places as It's disgusting and some of the things they are doing are quite illegal. Happy to have a comment back from the owner calling me "uneducated, or unfair" like he has replied to other people who have left negative comments. As it just proves my point. They can not own upto anything. I would not go here and for anyone looking to go here I would advise you not too!

I think this pet shop needs a lesson on how to tell a female from a male. They tell you anything so you buy from them. All my so called females have been killed by the male. Not one I bought was a female. It's very wrong. Also how can a shop like this get away with so over crowded bird cages. So very very wrong. Rspca should take a look. There's isn't to much to ask for is a bit of honesty.

I bought a bird from here not long ago, the owner at first said he wasn’t sure if she would sell, after looking at him from inside the cage however he changed his mind and i brought him home. Until i was home i wasn’t able to have the best look at him, when i did though i noticed his feet were in horrible condition, bumble foot and missing toenails. I took him to the vet the day after and he got diagnosed with mites and a highly contagious respiratory illness to both birds and humans. I understand that not all birds make it, they are fragile animals, but this is not right. firstly the “perches” they give the birds, thin wire, no wonder why his feet are ruined. secondly the place he was kept in looked very unsanitary, if he has this disease i can assure you that other birds in that shop have it. Even my avian vet shook his head when i brought up the name of this store. At the time i didn’t realise how unethical this shop is, i was prepared and excited to get the pet bird i had been wanting for months on months, now twice a day i am having to orally feed a untamed bird just to increase his small chance of making it. Please do better because nothing right is being done at this place

If you care about animal welfare at all, DO NOT GO HERE. You can tell the owners do not care at all about the animals they sell. When I asked which budgies were female, the man working told me I'd need to go have a look. I left this place feeling sick. I hope this place gets investigated as this definitely should not be legal.

Chloe groves 2 years ago It is the WORST pet shop ever. Their was one dying fish laying on the Botton of the tank with other fish swimming around and 2 dead ones. One big goldfish in a TINY tank. Fish tanks are filthy. Two many pigeons in one cage and two birds were shaking. It is a horrible place I'm going two wright a complaint to the RSPCA if you really care about animals I think you should to. They are only in it for the money they don't care about the animals. Help shut them down. it is not true the conditions are worse, i was in their yesterday and every tank had fish dead and there was 3 foam boxes where they are attempting to breed fighting fish, the poor things barely have enough water they are swimming on their side, i will be reporting this it’s cruelty and neglect.

Looks like birds are kept in terrible conditions. It really broke my heart. I had come into this store previously and decided to go again as I was in the area and was appalled to see this lack in care. I love birds with all my heart and to see the cockatoos scared in the corners of their cages to me is a sign of neglect and bad ownership, maybe I’m wrong. I came in to buy some toys for my bird but I’d never spend my money in a place like this. And yes I have brought it up to higher authorities because this is disgusting.

I have no idea how this place is getting good reviews short of bribing their customers. The birds all looked extremely unhealthy and unhappy, the fishtanks were dirty and i would hardly describe the staff member we encountered as friendly nor helpful. Honestly we couldnt wait to get out of the place and are still shocked by how somewhere like this is even allowed to be in business.

Great variety of fish, awesome staff. I went to kingpets today and bought a tank and fish. The workers there gave me a good price for all the fish and tanks and informed me well on how to start my aquarium as I am a first time fish keeper. Definitely the cheapest around

Excellent customer service provided by the staff at king pets. Great variety of animals and stock. Cheapest I’ve seen so far! Purchased an Indian ringneck today, staff looked after me with the price and were well educated about the bird. Will defiantly be back soon. Thanks guys.

One of the best pet / Aquarium shop going around. If your after quality aquarium fish , this is the place for you. The quality of the fish here is amazing and the customer service over here is second to none. I wanted a 6 foot aquarium and I placed an order 10am in the morning and they went and got me a 6 foot aquarium by 1pm . don’t take my word for it. Come see it yourself.

Every time I drop in to this place, it's impressively clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and happy to help. Fish tanks are crystal clear and bird cages are spotless. I would highly recommend kings pets to any one looking for a pet

The guys at king st pets did a fantastic job of setting up my sump tank for my sharks. Would highly recommend them to anyone thats needs a new tank.

i bought i nano tank gor my guppies there and actually i were there to buy just a 1 female for my breeding couple later i saw there was offer on tanks 120$ i asked how much is that for is that comes with whole setup ,? They said yes and i can do little less for you i said ok then , today after 15-20 days when i was cleaning its already broken and they put the sealer on the bottom and its was already gravelled and some small rocks . I realised today why it was heavy gravels there . They just covered the fault and sold it to me they didn’t told me we selling this cheap but i didnt got it cheap 120$ only for 45 ltr nano thank and faulty product i if i go there today they not gonna say that is their fault its 100% sure they guys know why they sold it cheap but its not cheap gravel can cost me 10$ and heater 15$ and i gound that tank in another site for 90$ on sale its same i show you photo please see .

Bought my fish tank at King pets Campbellfield, didn't have any experience at all, guys were super helpful, Nabil n Bilal installed it for me, they were punctual, answer every question I had, and threw few tank accessories for free, very happy with them n now I keep on going back to get more n more fish ,definitely recommend them.

Friendly helpful owner took the time to answer my queries good variety of birds mainly avairy budgies, cockatiels no tame or handreared birds. My heart sank when I saw a dead budgie lying next to the water bowl on the floor of the budgie cage whilst the other budgies were drinking water. Made me sad to see...

I bought a love bird and 2 budgies two weeks apart all three birds died within 2 days of getting them home, while my other budgie bought from another store has been going fine in the same cage for the last couple of months. My 8 year old had been saving money for a couple of months and was very excited about getting additional birds. Based on this experience I would not recommend buying from the store.

I had been to King pets a few times before the new Management had started,which wasn’t great.. I since returned to give it another go, and noticed it was under new management, a couple of young guys, the first time back the place was full of customers, the guys were flat out,after I had a good look at the birds,the guys gave me great advice about the birds,and carried the 20kg bag to the car,I returned a few months later, and received the same great customer experience,more free advice, and 2 bags of 20kg seed and he put one on each shoulder and put in my car boot,one guy was cleaning the cages every time I’ve been in there, it’s an old school pet shop,kids love it, plenty of stock,and great prices,not like other large chain store, these guys know there stuff, cheers Guys

Gave me bad advice. Sold me the wrong product. Then wouldn't take responsibility. New owners, still not a trustworthy business. Was advised by staff member to buy chick mash as it's the same as layer pellets. Realised it's medicated. Asked for refund. Refused.

He's dedicated and non judgemental, I love going in and saying hello just because of how nice he is. He was educated and knew what he was talking about when I asked questions and made me feel confident as a fish owner. 11/10 I love you guys

I had a problem with my pet bird today and was referred to this shop simply because due to covid I can't afford vet bills. The owner and his young staff member were absolutely amazing! They not only helped my bird but also did it for no charge! I don't believe people with negative reviews as these guys were nothing but lovely! Best service! I don't care if other shops are cheaper, I'm forever coming here to buy all my bird food and toys! Thank you alot king pets, be seeing you alot now!

A big no no no... went to this place and thought its been now operating under new management should be ok now but terrible experience. Bought around 20 fishes because very reasonable prices but didnt know all are unhealthy and water full of ammonia. A big regret for me as my other fishes died too. Had to start the whole aquarium. Sorry for the owner but reality is that you have to do a lot to keep running this shop.

Just wasted an hour and petrol driving to their shop as was assured they had budgie iodine bells in stock. They didn't and didn't have the seed or calcium blocks I wanted either and to top it off the guy had to call me 'Love' as I walked out. Hate that from strangers. They were just incompetent today. I won't be back.
