    Went in today and had the loveliest experience with Alisha. Helped me find many gifts for my daughters and was incredibly patient with my indecisiveness. Recommend heavily!!

    WAITED 30 mins for a click and collect? and they were the absolute slowest, worst, people ever. ZERRROOOOOO and the lady kept coughing. On. Everything. Still here No man ITS LIKE SHE IS TRYING TO BE THE SLOWEST WITH ME I HAVE MY ORDER NUMBER AND SHE ASKS FOR IT THEN SAYS “WAIT” ARE YOU JOKING LADY WHOSE NAME STARTS WITH AN M GO HOME LITERALLY LEAVE

    Beautiful service! The staff here and so lovely and helpful and go out of their way every time to help customers and put a smile on their face. Thank you to the shop assistant who fixed my charm bracelet and helped my grandmother browse for jewellery. I really appreciate their kind service!

    I had the best time ever shopping at Epping Pandora last week. Paula the sales assistent was amazing. Her attention to detail working out my style, made me feel awesome. Paula's Area Manager Reece was in the store that day, both of them helped me picked out some gorgeous rings. Genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service. Thank you so much......I'll be back:-)

    We got pandora bracelet worth $149 in December 2022. 2 years warranty but unfortunately the stones fallen. I went back to store and the yesterday . The customer care lady named Monica with whom I deal she was bit rude . She said bracelet is bended that's was stone fallen. The way she was saying it was showing, I intentionally bend the bracelet and damaged it. Which does not make any sense. She asked me how you remove the bracelet r u removing directly or use the small lock to open it. I said i never remove this bracelet .Then she said she can't return money as it is bended she only can offer another same bracelet or gift card as same worth. I said as i return this bracelet 2nd time with same issue within 4 months so i am not interested with same replacement.meanwhile she asked me to wear the another bracelet o check size of my wrist. I was looking meanwhile something else to buy instead of same. She has already damaged bracelet. She in rude and taunting way said to me please remove the bracelet which she gave me to check wrist size, otherwise she has to pay for that product and she doesn't not want. Indirectly her mean to say was we will take that bracelet with us and she have to pay after that. It seems like we are theif. Then I changed my mind to buy something else and get gift cards. I really got upset the way she deal. This sort of customer service really effect on sale in future. Hope I will not deal with pandora in epping until she is there. And I will recommend to my riend and family circle dnt buy anything from epping pandora if the customer service is offering by Monica.

    One of the worst experiences i have ever encountered at a store. This store is very poorly managed…2 workers with a shop full of customers. Nobody is aware of who was first and who had been waiting. I waited for 45 minutes even so, the workers were choosing to serve someone who had just walked in despite mentioning “i was first”. One of the workers voiced her apology for keeping a lot of us waiting, yet still failed to do anything about the problem. There was no systematic process at all, I am highly disappointed.

    I recently visited the Pandora store in anticipation of purchasing two charms as a special birthday gift. While I understand that busy times can lead to longer wait times, my overall experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to a lack of clear communication and an unsatisfactory resolution to an issue. Upon entering the store, I patiently waited for approximately 25 minutes before being assisted by a customer service representative. During the purchase process, I was informed about an enticing offer where buying two charms would also include a bracelet. Excited about the opportunity, I accepted the offer. However, I was not informed at that time that the bracelet size could not be changed or that the purchase was non-refundable. Once I returned home, I eagerly checked the bracelet's size, as it was meant to be a surprise birthday gift. Unfortunately, the size turned out to be too large. I promptly returned to the Pandora store, hoping to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size. However, I was met with unexpected resistance from the staff, who claimed that size changes were not possible and that the purchase was non-refundable. It was disheartening to hear that I was at fault for a mistake that I was not made aware of during the initial purchase. Throughout the entire ordeal, the customer service representative who assisted me showed no empathy or willingness to acknowledge the miscommunication that occurred. This lack of accountability added to my disappointment and frustration. I understand that businesses may have specific policies in place, but it is crucial for customers to be fully informed about any limitations or conditions associated with a purchase. Clear and transparent communication is essential to ensure a positive customer experience. While I appreciate the initial offer and the allure of Pandora's products, the handling of my situation has left me dissatisfied. As a loyal customer, I expected better customer service and a more flexible approach to resolving the issue. It is my hope that Pandora will reevaluate its policies and enhance its customer service training to prevent similar incidents in the future. Overall, my experience at the Pandora store fell far short of my expectations, and I would caution others to exercise caution when considering a purchase from this particular location.

    I happen to visit today to enquire about harry potter studs. The lady dint know the price of it and when I asked her if its suitable for babies and that I would like to see the back of the stud and they lady dint know how to putt the stuff out of the padded mat. When I politely said, not to stress .she bluntly put the stuff inside her rack . The customer service was bad and she dint even apologise nor ask me to wait or get help form the co worker. The store was also not thst crowded too when things were happening.

    I was so upset when my gold ring had gone missing after I dropped a collection off to be cleaned and it was misplaced and went home with another customer. Thankfully the other customer owned up to this and I was able to get my ring back however there was a lack of communication between staff originally. When I went in on Sunday to sort this out, the staff were really understanding and were able to return my ring which I was really happy about. It was just unfortunate of the circumstances which first took place.

    Appalling service. 20 mins with one customer chit chatting, 2 staff on, 5 groups waiting and asking the customers in the store if I ACTUALLY WAS next in line when I said I was the next customer…. I love pandora, but I would rethink entering one of your stores -again, especially your Epping store. Poor customer service.
