    I have been going to Claude for about 6 months now, and in my opinion, i wouldn’t want to train with anybody else. He is mindful of past injuries and helps train problematic areas to strengthen and maintain them. Claude is also great to be around, which in my opinion is important and helps you get the most out of our sessions. The gym he has setup is very clean and has plenty of great equipment, and he has plenty of theory and practical knowledge to share. I highly recommend!

    I have been training with Claude for four years. Claude is a dedicated professional trainer who has assisted me greatly over the years. His training methods have not only increased my physical fitness, but also compliment my martial arts training by developing a strong foundation of core strength and endurance. I have found that his techniques are suited to anyone of any age and fitness level. I highly recommend Claude to anyone who is serious about reaching their fitness goals.

    I've been training with Claude for 6-7months and the difference in my fitness, strength and confidence overall has grown exponentially. Very professional trainer with a highly knowledgeable background in which he uses to tailor each session to suit your needs. Very casual setting that makes you forget you've exercised for a whole hour! Each session is different and non- repetitive so you'll never get bored. His home gym has all the high-end equipment you'd expect at the local gym plus more, except he actually shows you how to use them! Great results and highly recommend.

    So glad to have come across Claude and his training services. The environment is fantastic, great equipment and tunes (if you like). Great all round genuine bloke who understands and provides accordingly to your own goals. I come here for the flexibility and specific training needs that you can't get at gyms or with many other personal trainers.

    I have been training with Claude for 18 months now and couldn't be happier. Claude listens to exactly what your goals are and is happy to change with my training needs. My sporting performance has definitely improved as has my knowledge of training techniques and equipment. Claude is not only a great trainer but also a fantastic teacher. Highly Recommend.

    Claude is great to work with, listens, seeks to understand goals and provides a well thought out and personlised service. Helped me make sustainable change to lose significant weight. Taking a break due to unrelated injury but will definitely be back!

    Claude’s experience and knowledge allows him to tailor an effective workout to any level of fitness. He breaks down each exercise so that you aren’t only physically working out but also learning (and sometimes relearning) how to perform said exercise correctly. He has a great space to train and his personality makes him approachable and puts you at ease to ask any fitness question or work towards your goal. 1 hr sessions fly by and you can definitely feel the “good” pain the next day. Every session was different and my favorite part of training was learning how to box! I can’t recommend Claude enough!

    I have been training with Claude for almost 8 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. Claude is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I look forward to my workouts. Importantly: - He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I highly recommend Claude for Personal Training. The professionalism and passion for what he does is second to none.

    Claude has a rich understanding of strength and conditioning training that dips across multiple discipline. However, the thing that makes him such a treasure is his ability to explain, communicate and converse about training. I have never left his gym without new insights into how I can improve my training.

I look forward to every session because I know that Claude has created a program for me that is engaging, rewarding and helping me reach my fitness goals.     Can’t recommend Claude enough! I’ve been training with him for almost a year now and I’m really happy with the results he’s helped me achieve. My strength for one has improved immensely. Each session is different and tailored to my needs and goals, it’s also challenging and enjoyable. Claude is definitely one of the most experienced, knowledgeable and committed trainers I’ve worked with.

    Claude is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced guy. I have been seeing him for over a year and I'm very happy with the results. His ability to tailor the sessions depending on your personal situation is fantastic. He listens to your goals and actively helps you in achieving them. Cannot recommend highly enough.

    I have been training with Claude for over two years. I have never enjoyed exercise but found the will to never back out from a session with Claude. He takes into account what you wish to achieve and works closely with you. He always is encouraging and you leave each session feeling fulfilled and successful. It seem strange that he works from his garage but it is an excellent set up and his family appears often (not an interruption); for me, this made it a much more friendly and safe environment. Thanks Claude!
