Both my daughter and I have been here previously for covid tests and the staff have been gentle and caring. This afternoon's covid test (for my daughter) was horrible. The nurse was unnecessarily rough and showed no compassion when my daughter started crying. . Being cold is no reason to behave in such a manner.

The nurse who conducted my 3 year old's COVID test this morning was wonderful! She was professional, friendly, extremely caring and gentle. First COVID test with no tears.

Wouldn't go anywhere else,the staff are wonderful and you're not just a number!

Great staff! if you've been putting off going to the doctors, I def recommend booking in. So friendly and relaxed, feels more like going to visit a friend (one who listens and doesn't do all the talking..)

Quality service from start to finish! Reception were welcoming, confirming all my details which was lovely and showed they cared! Saw the Health Practitioner before my appt to do all my checks (height, weight, BP etc). We also discussed any concerns I had which were then followed up with the GP who took care of any referrral/path that I needed. My time there was just so easy and relaxing. Reception were the highlight, conducting themselves in a professional manner and making me feel valued as a patient! Congratulations to the team for the creating a culturally safe, affordable and appropriate health clinic in the northern suburbs, an area that has been unmet for too long!

Such a great place, staff and Doctor are very welcoming and friendly, best place going yet. you can actually sit down and talk to the Doctor without feeling rushed or misunderstood, I finally found a place I can go to regularly.

Absolutely the best place to go! Tori and T’kea were the most gentle, and caring people ever. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. I went in for a Covid vaccine to which I was terrified off, they made sure they answered all my questions, everything was so straight forward and the needle it’s self was so small and painless. A really big big thankyou to those wonderful woman that have made me feel so comfortable and relieved !

The nurse who conducted our COVID test here this morning was fantastic! He was professional, friendly and took great care with our 2 year old.

The staff is very enthusiastic, nice, and attentive. Also, the test covid is quick and gentle. I'm very satisfied!
