Thanks for the excellent advice from Malik, helping me choose my glasses frame, which is always tricky to do by yourself! And thanks to Angie for a great help when collecting my glasses.

I have been visiting Optiplex Eyecare at Knox Health Domain for the last 4 years. I have had my annual eye check and purchased numerous glasses from them. They are always very helpful in their follow-up services; such as tightening or fixing up glasses. Dr Steven Lam is friendly & very thorough in conducting all the examinations. Today I was served by Angie with my new glasses. She is polite, friendly and efficient. I would recommend and continue to use their services.

I had a wonderful experience at Optiplex Eyecare Knox. The service especially from Malik was first class and second to none. He was very patient when I took such a long time to pick out my frames and also made sure that they fitted well when I got them. Optiplex has the most value for money 2 pair deal. You can trade in your old glasses for a good cause and in return you get a discount. Their frames are nice, trendy and arranged according to shapes that suit every face. I will definitely be going back and they are my first choice amongst all the optical shops in Westfield Knox.

I found Steve to be friendly and knowledgeable. The eye test took about 20 minutes only. I highly recommend Optiplex for your eye tests.

Dr Steven trouble shooted my dry eye symptoms in a professional manner; and gave the appropriate treatment needed.
