    Booked an appointment for 2:40pm I got there and asked how the long the wait would be and told it will be a 30 minute wait. I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes and when I finally got called in by Dr Kiran Zia. She was completely rude, I asked a simple a question and she smashed her elbows on the table and raised her voice at me then told me to go and see my regular doctor even though I had explained her that he was away. Terrible experience, shocking customer service and I'll never be returning here again. Don't waste your time.

    I booked appointment two days before but when I reached there to see doctors the receptionist said we cancelled all the appointments for new patients without any reason. That was really bad experience for me. I booked the appointment personally not online still they do this. Horrible.

    Horrible experience. We had a chat on phone that we are on our way.my appointment was at 12:50 we were in clinic at 12:55.when we reached we were told Nurse is on break now .so we have to come either in evening or next day??

    Would give 0 if it was an option. Booked through Health Engine where it is listed as a Bulk Billing practice. A vague prompt comes up prior to confirming about mixed billing with no mention of fees. Stung $70 for an appointment that was 20 minutes late, spent 5 minutes with the doctor who confirmed what I already knew, and gave me a medical certificate. Our General Practice system is cooked!!

    Dr Zia was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I asked for a certificate to cover the afternoon and the workday tomorrow due to an injury sustained at work and mentioned ongoing mental health concerns directly related to my workplace. She refused to give a certificate for the following day and insisted I "see my regular GP tomorrow as well then" and very reluctantly agreed to give an attendance of medical appointment for this afternoon only. THIS ACTUALLY IS MY REGULAR LOCAL PRACTICE.. and given the difficulties accessing GP appointments currently, why force a patient to attend more consultantions than necessary? The injury sustained was to my head and eye, no referral for any follow up X-rays etc or concern expressed when I mentioned headaches and blurred vision. Didn't even touch the injury site, shone a torch in my eye, said it's fine and not a good enough reason for a medical certificate.

    Thus clinic have a 2.6 rating for a reason. Worst clinic ever, poor appointment management system. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for an appointment and she gave me the next day and when I said am new patient, her tone changed and said come after 10th July (roughly after 1 month), I requested to give me an earlier for urgency she didn't listen and hung up. They out me on cancellation list. Next day received a call , are you coming today at 4pm? I was not informed of my appointment prior but I was desperate to get a booking and said yes I'll come. Then she said oh you're new so not available and hung up. After 1 hr she called again can you come now, am like yeah I can but it will take 15min to drive to clinic. She said no come right now, can't wait for 15min, that was soo weird and rude. As if am living right next to the clinic. Rude staff, zero appointment management system, would never recommend

    We see Dr Zia at this surgery. The wait times are reasonable the staff are friendly . Booking is easy online through Healthengine or over the phone . Dr Zia is amazing and highly recommended. She is also excellent with skin checks and skin cancer removal.

    I need my blood test results, they call my mum and tell them that it’ll come out in 2 days and it never did, i call them up they booked me an appointment for a phone call appointment today, i call them past appointment time to see if i am gonna get a call, she tells me my results came out the day i got the blood test, asks for my name, says she’ll tell the doctor and hangs up immediately, i try calling now they’ve closed. Unprofessional, she didn’t even try to type my name in the system

    The receptionist and nurses behaviour was extremely rude. I could understand them speaking in their native language. Where they were gossiping and laughing about some of the patients concerns. They purposely delay the appointment of individuals who they believe to be trouble and are happy when people walk out as it makes their work easier. Management should take some urgent action.

    Harjeet is the best nurse in the world. Ash is the best receptionist in the world. Dr Zia is the best doctor in the world. Fantastic medical practice

    Booked an appointment for a vaccination, came in and the medical centre is closed. I understand that they all may have COVID but a courtesy text would have been wonderful as they had my number and I even received a text confirming the appointment for today. Time wasted not grateful.

    I called the clinic yesterday and booked and vaccine appointment For my mums covid vaccine. This morning she received a text message to confirm her appointment. She arrived and nour sharma tried to lie and say she tried to call my mum many times. why would my mum arrive when she tried to call her so many times. She did not contact my mum. I then called her and she said doctor finishes for the day at 1- I asked her then why did she book an appointment for 1:30 then she changed her story and said doctor has covid and left at 1 and then said I dnt know. She left me on hold and then did not come back to the phone at all. So unprofessional so disgusting I feel sorry that she is representing this clinic

    Weird doctors the first one was a male doctor he was very rude and looks in a hurry because his favorite patient was waiting the next visit was a female doctor she didn't seem that she wants to work she said go back to your family gp for an offer letter even when I live close to the aurora clinic I was wondering is she a doctor or what?

    Rang to make a appointment. Was told "All our Doctors have a day off today".. its a Friday and a Medical Clinic has no doctors.. avoid at all costs.

    The worst clinic ever. It doesn’t have credibility in appointment management at all. The people hired at the front desk lie to patients about cancelling their appointments. They called to cancel double appointments but must have cancelled all the appointments in the system. Staff have not been trained to operate the system properly and used to lieing. Staff member could lie that they have informed appointment has been cancelled due to doctor is not seeing new patient whereby nothing like that was spoken to patient. Staff members have made patient feel stressed and frustrated. Patient received email confirmation of the appointment the day before and on the same day yet when patient went to the clinic the receptionist said the appointment has been cancelled and she lied that she has given the information through phone call. These kind of people who doesn’t know how to perform their role should not ever be employed!! I feel sorry for the reputation of the clinic. I don’t see there is any good future of your business!

    I waited for almost an hour to be seen for a simple test, with my kids in the clinic. Was told I would get a call from the doctor to tell me the results. No call in the next month. I had to call again and ask, and told the doctor would call me the next morning. He didn't again. I called back and ask. This time was told I had to make an appointment for the results. So I did, and made it clear that I only needed the doctor to call me at my appointment. The guy at the reception said, ok then, the doctor would call between 9-11am. Excuse me?? You know what next? Even that he did not call me at the appointment. The girl at the reception was nice.

    Rude People working at front !! Cannot even greet you as well work properly . Online booking system and their manual system doesn’t match. For bookings use online system and then they ring you from random number or no caller ID, leaves no message but can argue for they being correct as per their records. So rude to even talk nicely to patients whosever asks them to provide information.

    my son and I have been going to Aurora medical for many years, I find that we are always treated well, great doctors and dentist that care about their patients and are good with referrals into specialist clinics if needed.

    Absolute group of idiots. I have a newborn son that needs to see a doctor. When I called up they were happy to take my booking until I found out that he's a new patient. When I asked them that would a newborn not always be a new patient do you not do newborns they said that they do Just I have to wait till the 24th of February. So I'm confused as to I live down the road from this place it's a 5-minute drive yet they can't take my child into their system. Not the first one that I've dealt with this people when I moved here from Sydney they did the same thing said that they can see me if I pay upfront but if I want to use my Medicare I don't have to wait another 2 months absolute joke they should be investigated.

    Dr Benish Zeeshan Is very rude. It was my first ever appointment with her and she behaved very rude. She expected me to bring all my medical records with me when it was just initial consultation. And when I told her that it’s not nice and she replied ( I am the dr. And I can speak the way I like. Avoid her.
