Rude customer service!!! People want to be greeted with a "Good morning" or the least a " Hello". If you are incapable of a mere " Hello" to your customers,I suggest you work where you dont have to deal with people at all!! Step it up as because of your attitude I drive up to the Somerton Post office. Their staff are friendly and helpful with all my questions. Friendly and professional manners make all the difference to your business!

Was always friendly and efficient at Meadow Heights. Since the move to Roxburgh Park the location is not as accessible as there are very few car parks near the post office and it is at least a few minutes walk away from public transport. The shop itself is on an incline making it difficult to access for people with mobility issues; particularly when collecting parcels. The customer service I have experienced when I expressed my concerns was also lacking.

This one star rating is for the one young women who works there. She is friendly and helps me out with any questions all the time. For the rest of them, they obviously hate they’re job and should just quit if they’re going to relatively act in that manner. They are very cocky, arrogant and rude and should really improve their standards for a business like that. I really hope they read this and make some changes. This one old Chinese women obviously does not want to be there anymore. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile which is so sad. I can just imagine what her life outside the post office is like. She was very rude to me and I was just shocked by the way she interacted with me. Very very poor standards of business at this place. Anyways, I would not recommend that place at all unless you’re dealing with the young friendly women at the checkout. Very disgusting behaviour otherwise.

Very nicely decorated interior, including items for sale, one of the best presentable branches of Australia post that You can visit, they have clear covid social distancing measures in place and a very convenient system for inward and outward traffic of people, most staff is warm and welcoming however saw one lady treating a non-native english speaker old lady, very rudely on how to put stamps on the parcel, there has to be some level of kindness towards old people who might not be hands on with lot of technical stuff, and cant speak fluent English, Overall good experience to visit, the branch logo is visible when u walk in from the parking but the actual office is inside the plaza, hope that helps, to find location specially if it is ur first time, 😇

Over 30mins to buy one envelope? Ridiculous! Only 1 person should be doing passport appointments at a time, not both otherwise get more staff!

Been using au post for last 8 yrs. Since there was few places I’ve moved and used local AU post. I won’t say others don’t have problems but AU Roxburgh park is top of the most. Sent parcels around 10times among them 5 times I had to refund Byers since they were damaged on the way. Recent one is unbelievable mistake they are making. Sent 2 parcel to same address 1 express 1regular post. Regular post has arrived however I paid 64$ for express post it’s lost no tracking infos at all. Called hotline they hung up phone. Don’t know what’s going on with AU post but AU post Roxburgh park you need to bring up your customer service skills which is worst among post offices I’ve been. We’re paying $ to get our parcels delivered we don’t deserve your rudeness and carelessness.

Possibly the worst post office I have been to...I don't think their staff understand what customer service is. I had very bad experience two times in a row, gave them the benefit the first time by not submitting a review. Will be lodging a formal complaint with Aus Post.

She deny my express envelop and ask me to go out and put in the box bcoz i deny to buy $2 bag for my other return parcel and she asked me 2 times for that and i was driving around the area to just find express box. worst customer service no helping customers at all

Today i went to submit my passport application and the lady which I dealt with was so nice and professional.

Said they don’t accept id from photo camera roll but the person next to me showed their id thur photo and got there post
