Such a beautiful place with well designed rooms, good Ambience and outside lake view from private balcony. The studio apartment I stayed in had well equipped kitchen but no cookwares. However, the problem is with the management. The management is least bothered about the stay of the customers. They basically don’t have any customer service experience or any skills in managing a hotel. The staff doesn’t know anything about the hotel. Even the availablity of the rooms. We booked two rooms in the hotel. By the time we reached they seemed to be confused about the rooms and asked us to wait for half an hour. By the way we reached the hotel by 5pm. Their check in time is 2pm. So they had enough time to clean the room even before we come.But after 10 minutes they gave us one room and they told us that they will give the other room after cleaning. After one hour or two we went outside. By the time we came back , there were no staff at the reception but only security. And they had no clues about us. But we said what we were told. After sometime the security gave us a room and the room had some problems with the AC and there were no water in the bathroom and the room was a bit stinky because it was not used at least for a month. There were no toiletries in the bathroom also. Aw we really liked the hotel. But the poor management and poorly skilled staffs made us to write this review. I hope they will do it better once they see this. Also the rates are really affordable for the view and ambience of the hotel. If they manage it properly they can get a good amount of customers on a regular basis.

I don't generally provide reviews but my experience was so poor at this place that I wanted to share it so others can avoid booking here. 1) I was booked in the room next to the courtyard. On both nights I was there they hosted parties. The music was so loud that my room was shaking and went into the early hours of the morning. I tried to sleep in the kitchen area to minimise the noise but it was still very loud so I only had a small amount of sleep. 2) I booked for two nights. On the second day the card to my room stopped working. I went downstairs and had it rectified. Apparently the issue was caused by them making a mistake and thinking I only booked for one night. At around 5pm that day a staff member came to my room and woke me up from my nap (which was necessary after having such a poor sleep the night before). He said that I needed to pay for another night because I only booked for one night. I the had to speak to the manager to resolve the issue. 3) There were consistently alarms going off at the property which was distracting. 4) The amount of water coming out of the shower was almost non existent. There was only a small dribble. 5) The power to the room regularly went off. 6) This is only a minor point but whilst the advertised gym does have some dumbbells, the majority of the other equipment is broken. All in all, one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

The property is in a beautiful location with excellent views from every room. The hygiene is well maintained. Totally recommend this hotel. Polite and co-operative staff , they catered to all our needs throughout the stay. There is a restaurant maintained by a young couple Mr and Mrs Felix which has absolutely amazing interior and great food. 10/10 rating to this place

The property is located on the backwaters offering a fantastic view from all the sides. It has a swimming pool facing the backwaters which adds to the beauty. The rooms are well equipped with all facilities like microwave, washing machine and refrigerator. The management is friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the ground floor is a must visit. It's maintained by a enthusiastic young couple . Great food food and ambience. Totally recommend this place

Such an amazing beautiful location... Clean and awesome swimming pool..excellent backwaters with sunrise view.. great rooms.. very very supportive staffs especially Maria..all too good.. njoyed very much with family and kids.. Only recommendation is it will be good if you can open the bay restaurant since no hotels available near by.. will keep coming.. highly recommending..

Beyond five star… We have done our sons First communion party on 7th May 2022 on this hotel and on top we had met there most talented staff Mariya for our Assistance she has been most helpful, The entire experience was really great and the service here has just been fantastic …

I Am a frequent stayer at the Kent baywatch and it’s indeed a pleasant stay with amazing staff support. Special to mention about the person miss Maria who’s been at most attentive and supportive in making the stay very hospitable and noble at her work. Residing at the baywatch has always been my personal choice and I wish them all the best.

A really nice stay, They are offering a huge luxury 1 BHK apartment with a Lake view. It's value for the money you pay. You can use their amenities like Swimming pool, Gym and In house Restaurant. NB : breakfast is not included with the package.

Great stay. Nee and clean rooms. Spacious. Suit apartment is very nice to stay. It’s a 1 BHK apartment with full amenities. Swimming pool can also be used. Decent restaurant. Location is 10 kms from main city of Kochi. The view from the Eastern balconies are nice with river view.

Worst experience from the Reception staff and Manager. They are not allowed to order food from outside and was not informed to us during check in time. 1.Bathroom locks were not working 2.kettle was not working 3.Intercom was not working.

A Must Visit Staycation Center If you're looking for an affordable and yet luxury place to stay, book here! The location is great, though it's a multi storeyed building, room and ambiance give it a feel of a resort. Clean, functional and well spaced rooms with good service and amenities. The staff are pleasant and kind. The WiFi is good and pool is really awesome. Plenty of parking space is available. Food and Bar services are currently outsourced.

The property is amazing. We went for a long due reunion of old friends and were looking for an apt place. Kent baywatch exceeded our expectations. The rooms are great and since its a full apartment, it feels plush. F&B services are a bit disappointing but they tell you upfront that it is currently outsourced. The lady at the front office was really helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay. Checkin process was quick and rooms were ready.overall a great value for money . Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Please open an in-house restaurant. It would be great.

I've just got checked out from here. Thanks for one of the best evening and night to the Team Kent. The staffs were well mannered and they maintain 5 star level services. The host Ms.Maria was a wonderful host. It is very hard to find such calm and quite relaxing location at Kochi. Hope to see again.

Stayed for 11 days. Rooms are clean and very well furnished. Supportive staff, especially Maria. Room service can be better maybe with a restaurant. Restaurant was closed during my stay and not sure if there are plans to re-open.

We found this service apartment at it's best service. All staffs are good and especially Ms.Maria always giving special care. Easy to book through phone if you are a regular customer. discounts are also offered to regular customers. Any time anything their staffs will be available. until now we have not experienced any kind of poor service.

It's a great apartment and not just a room. It has a bedroom a living room with a kitchen and balcony. The kitchen includes an induction cook top washing machine and an actual fridge it's really good if you are traveling with a kid. The swimming pool is good

The property is nice, the rooms are perfect for a family. The rooms have fridge, washing machine, oven, wash basin - which was very useful as we were having a staycation with our 1 year old kid. But the servies were just okay. When I checked with the restaurant team that whether they could make baby food, the response was not very positive.

Woow, experience! The name does not say much... but great view and fully equipped huge rooms. Great if you are traveling with family, especially with kids. The pool is good to hang out with friends. The location is a bit off, but the locality is good. You can spend long days in the hotel and make it as a base for your travels. The food in the attached restaurant is good but the service spoils the experience. Hotel service is also average.

Terrible terrible experience. I stayed here with my husband, brother in law and a 6.5 month old son. The reason we booked this place is because we wanted an appartment kind of set up and this place felt perfect based on the Google reviews etc. upon reaching everything was fine but we found a lizard in the living room and we informed the staff to clean the same. I am terrified of lizards and we really really requested the staff to make sure that there were no lizards when we come back and then we left for sightseeing. Upon our return the staff LIED to us saying that the room is cleaned and there is no infestation. We believed them. After about a hour and a half when we were putting the baby to sleep I saw the lizard on the BED (headboard)! After hysterically calling the staff to the room they reluctantly agreed to change the room and lo and behold the next two rooms that they showed us also had lizards. The manager was extremely impolite and impatient when we tried to leave for the night. We recieved no refund for that night and we had to shift the hotel because this place was infested with lizards and LYING staff.. what really bothered me was the attitude of the hotel staff. After about waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby for a resolution we had to leave with no sincere apology for this or any partial refund for the night!

Really happy to have chosen this property to stay for two days. It is actually a room, hall and an attached kitchen. AC in all areas and two TVs - in bedroom and hall. To top it, our room had a beautiful balcony facing the bay waters, and with beautiful sunrise. The location is about 10kms from city center. The public buses (starting from Edakochi) stop just outside and one can go to new street, fort kochi and city. Or use ola etc. Attached restaurent served us very good food. Separate review there.

Very good property, staff members were co-operative , beautiful lake view room. In kochi I would recommend this hotel as it is budget friendly with a beautiful view .It would be nice if they had provided breakfast in the tariff. But overall I had a pleasant experience at the property.

My first visit to the city, Having a terrible experience here... Except the room there is no service at all... Will have to wait for everything from getting your key to towels and room cleaning. Keys get deactivated every day at 12 pm, will have to get it activated everyday. For cleaning the room even after reminding in the morning, no one turns up till we got back at night. And after that too one hour no one turns up. So basically don't expect any service and don't get carried away by just seeing the pics of the property. Definitely an big NO....

We have booked a room here for our post wedding photoshoot as the location was picturesque. When enquired they started demanding Rs.25000 just to permit us in the lawn for photoshoot even we have our own photographers and assured it'll be over in less than 2 hours and we'll not disturb other guests who are enjoying the lawn during this shoot but they didn't back down on their demand of Rs.25000. They had the audacity to claim 25k all the while the room price for the 2 days we booked was only Rs.7800. Never recommend this place to anyone. Unreasonable pricing. So cancelled the booking

What a delightful hotel! I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights during the Bianale. My daughter enjoyed the pool everyday. I loved the fact that it was so peaceful and quiet in the hotel. The staff are so nice, welcoming and ready to accommodate to evey need, question and request. The restaurant is just downstairs and the staff there is also super helpful Will definitely come back!

I loved the property. The rooms are nice and big. Extremely nice view and in a budget. The only reason I gave a three star was because the service was bad. When I visited there was nobody at the reception, I didn't expect that from such a place. But the view is very nice and the rooms are cozy and huge. If they improved the service I would give a five star.

Its a very beautiful place to stay with a wonderful view of swimming pool and back waters from the room. Reception guys were very humble and housekeeping & other staff provided great service. Felt being at home. Couldn’t be better than the way we were pampered. Great location with water front. Awesome suites, excellent staff, great food and friendly environment. Our group stay for 3 nights and 4 days was gone by a blink. Wish we would have stayed longer. A good stay if you're looking at a hotel apartment stay. The view from the balcony is nice. The only annoying bit was the that the power kept on going on and off. But the power back up helped.
