We booked a tour this week at the hotel with 2 single rooms. I arrived a day late, and then the hotel told me all the rooms are full. We paid for this accommodation. It cost $28 from the airport just to get told they cant help me! They send me to another hotel, which I had to again pay for a taxi. I didnt continue with the hotel they send me to, and is now paying for another hotel in Erbil. What a dissapoint to be excited about the holidays to get this bad service. My friend will clear this up, due to the language barrier. But believe these bad reviews when you read it!

The worst hotel I've ever been to, very old rooms that are barely cleaned and smell like an old basement, super hot cuz the air conditioning doesn't work when ur out, terrible food, and i can go on and on.. The only slightly good thing is the price but even then ur paying for less then what you get for..

Very dirty. Zero customer service. I haven’t see like that hotel in my life . No breakfast . No shower no wc not recommended at all

Located near to erbil Citadel and Royal mall so it's worth it stay here
