Very limited options for food in Bistro restaurant. They should offer more Indian & Veg food options and hire Asian or Indian chef Dear GM, I again stayed in your hotel for the 2nd time in March 2023, but no improvement in food options. 😢 I also forwarded your chef some receipies from YouTube, but unless he uses proper ingredients & Indian spices, food will not taste good. You also don't have tandoor to cook Naan breads and Tandoori Roti. Breakfast menu is also very limited and only 1 person serving in the morning makes the service very slow... Basic things like brown sugar is not available, coffee is also not served hot & I was told that machine cannot make hot coffee for first 1 hour in the morning... Microwave is also not available in the apartment kitchen... Your hotel can get lot more business if food options are improved, or atleast a Microwave is kept in the apartment Kitchen. Overall very disappointing service, even after repeated feedback. No improvement in last 1 year. I will suggest your hotel staff to stay in Rotana, Divan or Ramada for few days to understand the meaning of 4 star or 5 star hotel, & food options. Thanks

I have been visiting this hotel for almost 2 years. I love everything about this hotel from reception to the last detail of it. I would like to give 5 stars review to specifically Ahmed the receptionist who is very helpful, and effective at his job he makes everything smooth and quick.

Lacated in bakhtyari erbil . Its luxury ✨️ hotel and malls. However had higher quality of place for gym 🏋️‍♂️. Inside the mall you can find all brands of jeans 👖 ,dresses 👗, shoes 👞, .... etc. You can park your car 🚗 they have a big car parking .

Was here on a business trip, hotel staff (Bistro restaurant, front desk, room service & housekeeping) was very helpful, wonderful team dedicated in hospitality who are pleasent to interact with. Deserving five stars , would surely recommend.

It was a great stay. Hotel staff was very kind, the rooms and location are amazing.

Sales department are the worst i booked 5 nights 2 bedroom apartment with breakfast to my friend and his family when he arrives the front desk told him the booking only for 2 night without breakfast i called them the sales department no one answered i called the front desk they told me they left the department call them tomorrow there is no managing at all

It’s more like military base or penitentiary than a hotel with all fences, guards, K9. They need to bring machine guns alongside with fully automatic AKs. Who would love to pay to be in prison just my 2 cents thpugh

I have stayed in Hyatt Hotels all over the world and this Grand Hyatt Erbil Residences had the best service of any. For two Americans traveling in an unfamiliar country, the friendly staff made us feel at home. In particular, Murat helped us arrange our room and airport transportation and anticipated our arrival. - The restaurant was excellent for breakfast with reasonably priced excellent food and staff including American options. - Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. - Security was tight but expected for five star hotel given the region - Located in an upscale neighborhood in Erbil, but like many middle eastern cities, not much to walk to from the hotel except a few malls and restaurants. Overall the Hyatt exceeds the global Hyatt standard and offers an excellent choice for those visiting Erbil for both business and pleasure.

Hayatt is one of the top best luxury hotels in Erbil. It’s Apartment type hotel. It’s at prime location and many restaurants and shops available near by. I love the ambiance and interior works. “Smart Gym” is high class, Housekeeping staffs in gym are cleaning gym equipments after every use and maintaining hygiene. Restaurant and Bar “The Bistro “ staffs are very friendly and understand our needs. Special mention to Ali and Noor. I give 4 star as the food is mostly Turkish, however as we spoke to the management and chief directly and they tried to provide India foods like Dal, Samosa, friend rice and some Asian foods. Front office staffs are very friendly and understand our requirements. Special mention Muradh, Angel and Tony for thier hospitality. They have good housekeeping team and laundry team. Management team is open minded and ready to accept and understand the customer needs and serve them the best.

Even though the hotel has newly opened for accepting guests, the luxurious service is present and manifests itself in all details from the staff to the rooms and food. I recommend this for a romantic getaway, also Mr. Yakub gas been very helpful and made the stay extremely easy to enjoy and relax.
