Firstly, the reception is not good. They do not change the sheets as written in the list and the sheets are covered in hair, the mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The buffet worker returns the remaining bread and food of others to the buffet despite Corona. He listens to songs loudly without caring about the comfort of the customers in the morning at breakfast. The cleaner does not work well and does not respect customers. I don't recommend it. From the cheapest hotel in Erbil I wasn’t expecting much, but the facilities were great and the staff was excellent. Yousif B was very helpful and kind. He even let me check in early even though check in was supposed to be 2! The hotel was great but the staff, especially Yousif, made it fantastic!
