Current name is Newroz Lounge at Erbil International Airport after passport control.Comfortable , well decorated lounge .They have some snacks , alcoholic and non-alcholic drinks.

Only 8 seats. Prices high. Portion size small. Staff good. Coffee was ok.. nothing special. Only place to wait for airline ticket counters to open.

Cafeteria food is fine and the service is very good, the guys there really pay attention to the customers. However, the security procedures at this Airport are over-the-top! I'm all for good and Professional Security, but having three different security posts with a distance of at least one kilometer between them and having to go through security three times with your luggage is not enhanced security, it is a racket! Somebody is making a lot of money providing this security. I lived in the states and in Israel and what I saw in erbil airport is at least three if not five times more cumbersome.

Did not like it also I knew that the duty free near to this section is closed. The public wc there is so dirty and smell bad. The coffee there is not tasty as well. Not organized and not nice place. Nothing good to tell about

Its amazing lounge i ever had cuisine ,services are amazing its a different concept they introduced in airline industry but they should put charges by paying you can get access but now its not available thats little annoying

Small executive lounge for Business Class passengers at Erbil airport. Staff is pleasant and area comfortable. Not the best food selection but drinks are free and there is an espresso machine. Lounge is airside.

Was good, staff good also, but the service fee so expensive compared with any airport!

My only complaint is probably not their fault. After a delay of over an hour, I was watching this monitor in the lounge very carefully. It still showed DELAYED and I got frustrated and checked a flight tracker. It showed the flight now scheduled to depart in 15 minutes. Barely made the flight but everyone else seemed to get the message

Average... with no room for smoking. But clean and useful for quick snacks. The staff is friendly.

I love any place where I can relax and enjoy what I worked hard for. But it is relaxing weather and good people surrounding the area.
