Food is rubbish and chicken it’s not cook very cold and Price is to expensive More than UK I will Never back to KFC in Erbil please don’t try kfc in Iraq 😷😷

This is my third times and as always this franchisee is so bad and messy and chicken piece tastes like sh….. No more coming back no matter what!!!!

Day after day their services will be worse and people will decline in their visit because their prices are expensive compared to how many pieces of chicken, potatoes and regular Pepsi. I paid 37,000 IQD family box for 8 pieces of chicken and 7,500 IQD for 4 tender but they gave me only 2 Pepsi , I told them that we are family 4 person but they paid me extra 4,000 IQD for 2 Pepsi . The hall and restroom are not clean and how will their kitchen in inside ?!!!!?? I have worst experience with them and I will not visit them again .

The worst KFC branch in Erbil. Never try here, the chicken tenders were so bad, it looked like they fried in old oil and the bread was old.

Many things are on the menu, but they don't have, like orange juice, for kids meal. Also, the taste of drinks is disgusting.

Updated review: the taste is still great, but many times they get my order wrong or they forget to add items especially in the drive through.

The toilet area is very small and narrow for one person only, and it is supposed as an international restaurant that takes into account this matter by providing more than one toilet with external washbasins separated from the toilet

bad customer service. the cashier was women and she didn't answer the questions clearly. I said thank you, but no answer.

We got four pieces. It was delicious, there is a parking lot behind here, you can eat there.

I love this KFC branch, it's amazing, big, the staff is great, they offer refills, and they have drive-through. There is a balcony in the second floor and outside tables. I really recommend the "Big Filler with Combo" if you're really hungry and alone.

It was a bad experience, food so bad and look weird, this is the worst KFC I have ever been to, the chicken need Life sports over there, and it's more expensive than higher quality restaurants.
