Beautiful hotel,friendly reception staff. Location not far from airport. The rooms are wide ,spacious, comfortable The bathroom is good with watertub. Breakfast is not that for( 5*) hotel ,little varieties of food,although the staff there are friendly .. The annoying thing is that they make a daily night party with very loud music, which really interfered with my sleeping although I was on 4th floor, There is a good spa center and gym,sauna, and swimming pool

They are Very respectful and helpful staff , withgood location near erbil international airport and opposite to Sami abdulrahman park , with great breakfast, as usual for me the hotel was very clean, very big and comfortable room for spending the night. It was great time to staying in this hotel with nice experience. O would repeat it in the future

It’s a nice hotel and the room is also spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a disappointment. Overall overpriced, if they make it more affordable it can server as a middle-range hotel stay

The place has been done up from my last visit. Its a new management who is making it even more modern. Views, food and Hookah is nice in the restaurant on the ground level. Overall amazing experience. Rooms are well maintained as all my guests were residing there. Good service.

Nice staff but the every night party in the piano restaurant was so annoying and the loud music kept us from sleeping until very late hours of the night

I reserved their best room and arrived to check in. They started searching my bags - not a quick search for weapons, they were pulling everything out onto a table and doing crazy things like holding a prescription med up in the air and reading the label (there is no reason in the world that a hotel guard needs to know what medicines I take), a simple bottle of shower soap was turned all the way around twice slowly. It was crazy and that was just the first small bag. I saw no need to be there forever while they did that to everything in my backpack and my actual suitcase, so I declined to check in. I don’t mind a quick casual search, but that was just ridiculous.

It's a pleasant stay of 4days there. The room service is good. Hospitality is awesome. The dining or cafeteria is Marvelous. Very neat and clean with piano's music taking food is just awesome. Definitely visit again. Thanks Anil Kumar.

I paid an old friend who works there a visit, the hotel was good, and the reception lady was sort of good, she can get better.!

Very nice Hotel with Gym and swimming pool, not quite at night, but comfortable bed in general. I like it and will repeat my stay in the future. They accept you to buy food from outside and order from application which is very nice. The Breakfast is good in general

The staff is very rude and careless our 2 person room's door every time got locked and they didn't fix it, they say our service for room's door is on vacation?? , It was a very bad hotel, the service was zero, there is no cold water for drinking , i never recommend this hotel,

I went with a groub of doctors before one year..it was a bad day...Iwhen I had sat eating with family in their restaurant..someone like a manager or something likethat..he came and was very angery and fight the worker who were very afraid from him..his war continued with worker for all my stay in in restaurant..until I left the the place..whatever was the problem..whatever who was fighting with workers..but it is a loss of respection to costumers and I was with my family...the hotel not good in talking with my family

Nice and Pleasant stay of 4 days. Food is Awesome and room service is also pretty good. Very neat and clean area. Near to Airport,Park & Market.

Horrible hotel; I am amazed at its good rating even though it is terrible in many ways!! Hotels in the popular markets are much better than this hotel; one star is too much for a rating! 1) I asked for ironing clothes, they didn't have them, even though the order was at 6:00 pm 2) I asked to bring an iron and an iron table, they brought only the table, and they said there is no iron available now! What should I do with the table only? 3) Reception staff not answering calls, called them six times, even if they are busy they have to answer, or, to call back later, but they did not! 4) Holding a concert, the sound of songs and loud music continues until now (the time is now 1:30 AM after midnight)! It is audible in all rooms Is this a hotel or a nightclub? Although today is Sunday, and tomorrow is Monday, regular business days, I can't imagine what the situation is like on weekends.
