The service, food, and cleanliness were all quite good for the price, which was a little higher than others but worth it. The location was quite convenient as well, close to a shopping centre and a supermarket. One critique I would mention is that the mattresses were quite springy; a feature that isn’t so convenient when you come home exhausted, or suffer from back problems, as the springs often protrude and you end up with an uncomfortable back. All in all, although a little smaller than the usual hotels of Erbil, a great place to spend the night in.

They raised the prices with the same services as before, still not clean and bad hygiene.

Only breakfast is good. No room cleaning. No bathroom refill (2 ×20ml shampoo for 4 people with long hair is not enough for 3 days). Too expensive for a sleep and breakfast.

a hotel that gives you the best hospitality experience. staff are nice, polite and helpful. rooms are clean and nice. prices are within the normal range for erbil hotel. food is nice and delicious with a wide variety of dishes from both western and eastern kitchens. more over the food and restaurant tools are clean. the place is calm, quite and relaxing whilst close to city center
