Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.🧐 The hotel is very old, many cracks in the walls.the beds are not comfortable and somehow dirty especially if you are someone who is too sensitive to hygiene issues. However,the hotel is cheap compared to other hotels that are at the same level as this in Ainkawa Aslo the hotel is located near Iskan which makes it more nosy during the night. During the day its nice to walk and have tea , shawarma ....

We were here seven years ago honestly it was a bit better back then .. Price was 75 IQD for three people Kinda affordable... Clean room...

it is unclean hotel ,i saw a dead dove in the balcony, and they put only one towel for four persons . the service is really weak and the restaurant has bad food!! unfortunately

One of the worst hotels I've ever been in No room service cause the telephone has no wire!! Rooms are not clean Beds are not confortable Toilet flush is not working properly The breakfast buffet is hilarious the same type of cheese with a different additive of course the boiled egg and other normal stuff It's nothing like a 4 stars hotel But it still have a good location and it's kinda cheap

Very nice hotel, welcoming staff, the also speak english and arabic, Rooms are fair, breakfast is fair, near to a local souk (local coffee shops, street food, mobile shops,,,) Taxi is always there with the availability of the hotel driver any time you need Great value for the price

Really wonderful hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. In particular I want to say thank you to Dani and Suleiman at the reception. They both speak very good English, by the way, and they are ready to help you and tell you all about Kurdistan. My room was very nice with a lovely sunrise and sunset view over Erbil. Breakfast was nice on the top floor, also with a great view. The Citadel and the central markets are all a short walk away. And there are many restaurants nearby as well. I’m very happy I stayed at the Altin Saray.

Very very friendly, clean and directly in the near from the sightseeings.

The bathroom needs to be completely changed. It was rusty and in a very bad condition. Fridge should be fixed or rather replaced, the clock didn't work. Basic breakfast, unclean table clothes. The price was good.
