It's nowhere near Five Star but rather (2**). Expensive. The worst is the hotel hanging photos of Politicians of a party in the reception. Hotel should be a place far from politics!

A great hotel located close to Erbil International Airport. Nicely appointed rooms with a great breakfast buffet along with delicious lunch and dinner menu items. Rates are reasonable and a convenience and grocery is located right next door to the hotel. Just walk out the front door and turn to the left and you are there in just a few steps.

Large rooms.. good service. But, nearly all shower heads are broken to some extent. Very good location

Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff and super clean rooms. Universal outlets in the rooms!!

Not bad they have problem with the genrator it's stopped from time to time and if you are in the middle of shower you can't do anything except waiting for 15 minutes or more

Good one I recommend

Spent two months while looking for a permanent residence. Variety at breakfast, could have a drink after work downstairs or you can see Erbil from the Skybar at night. Good laundry service and personnel was avid and prompt to fulfill any requests. A good place away from home to stay in a calm, quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

Best hotel in Erbil very good price quality ratio.

We had only a dinner there, however, the food was not good, the meat was not boiled properly and the chicken was not boiled properly too

An ok hotel, one the oldest in Erbil

The rooms were a great size. Always clean and the beds were so comfortable. The suite had a tall fridge and a seperate seating area for meetings.
