Bad service, total lack of capable managing staff, and they scam in currency exchange rates. A bad look for Erbil and the KRG.

nice , clean ,good services & cool stuff ! but unfortunately I have to say the management which is a Lady , is not qualified for this position ! we totally understand that every hotel and some countries have their own policy , on the other hand each customer has right to know before signing the contract . as you know without letting them know you have no right to impose your policy ! she does not respect our rights and talking rude about our privacy which is so bad for your hotel reputation AND she Never apologize for that !
