Actually it’s one of the best hotels in Erbil ! Honestly ، the services is so good and the staff are very friendly and easygoing, the restaurant has a delicious food as well 💯 Also the prices are fair enough comparing with a 4 starts hotel ! I recommend it 👍🏽

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, price was very reasonable, it came with breakfast as well which was great, rooms were pretty nice, cozy, and clean, we didn’t have a view but that’s no problem, the staff were very helpful and caring, it was a very pleasant experience and I was very comfortable the entire time……………………………….

One of the best hotel in Erbil with cheap and low cost price for staying, cafe , open buffets and confenerece, seminar and events halls, they have thre hall for these purpose with very low price most organizations make their seminar in this hotel, the hotel a very nice view in Erbil, large parking area, the cafw is on the 10th floor the balcony is luxury with nice view, they have a professional chef, and also the breakfast is special

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights The location is good. Near the fancy restaurant of Bachteari quarter where there is good number of restaurants, cafes and grocery store. But, you’ll miss the public transportation (as in whole Erbil). Free car park is available. The room is about 35 m2, it was supplied with the basic toiletries for one person and you have to ask for the other person if you are a couple. Good flat smart TV, water boiler and tea paper are available. There is safe deposit however they lack ironing board but I don’t know if there is any in case you ask them. There is hot water when ever you want and there is central air conditioning which you can control. The restaurant is in the 10th floor with good view over Erbil. The breakfast has many options but the coffee is rather basic if you are a coffee person. The gym is poorly equipped and doesn’t even cover the basics.

I did not stay there overnight but stayed in a training for four days. Great location, the food from the restaurant is just fine but has a great view if you sit by the windows. The coffee breaks were decent. It is very clean as the building has recently been built.

To give me a five star rating because I let those staying in the country have this hotel worth commenting on by the hotel's principal, thanks to the facilities that our guests have worked so hard to thank for managing and planning this hotel. Those who use the form or behavior that a stranger or foreigner is expecting, and that should be very important. The service provided by the hotel lobby is not at the forefront of the hotel to stun guests in English or any They don't have the language that guests should understand, and from now on My guests stay in this hotel forever, so make the last choice to stay in this hotel, because managing that hotel has to wait until it's back.

Value for money but you can get better options on 100 meter for same price.

Hotel is in good location ,far from airport and neither from the city , rooms were fine and clean , however , torn towels ? Come on , this is the only thing I dislike .staff were very helpful and arranged very early check-in for me.

I recommend for a deep sleep and a good breakfast, also clean and i looved the conditioner! It was soothing and not bothered, also good service they provide you with what you need without charge.

The hotel is very good and staff is really lovely. However, the reason I gave 2 stars is that because the Wi-Fi has been cut and disrupted in my floor for one week without taking any serious step to fix it. I repeatedly complained about it and every time they only make temporary solutions and they come up with excuses. I had to use my hot spot which is too weak, just to finish some urgent work.

I was there for a conference; their meeting room is just too cramped and I'd not advice important gatherings to happen there - it's too close to the rest room and elevators; so it gets pretty crowded. I'm not sure about the overnight stay experience as I didn't try it nor their caterings.

The rooms are excellent and the lunch is excellent and varied the breakfast is excellent and tasty but the morning service in the restaurant is not good
