Cheap, easy access and is nearby a lot of shops, but unfortunatly the hotel seems to be not cared for. Dirty sheets, broken sink, smelly A/C

Good atmosphere in the room 😝 but too much noise outside for many people come from South of Iraq and they have tons of children

although it ranked itself as 4stars but can not exceed 3stars bad breakfast

This place horrified me. There is disrespectful staff, our room's closet was broken, there was the smell of dust everywhere and the breakfast service FORGOT about us even though we paid for it. Also there was a 10 year old kid working there so rock bottom

Bad service ,No towels, no ironing, breakfast is not of the required standard, a lot of holidays in the room and bathroom, in addition to the sound generate electricity
