Couldn't finde to much information before, so I just went there. Staff speaks arabic/kurdish only, but were very kind to someone who didn't speak the language. I came in with a suitcase, they have rooms - not to complicated to figure out, what's going on. The room I got was like 40 square meters with a European-style toilet and shower, a small kitchen (one stovetop, water heater, simple kind of washingmashine) couches, beds, table, big fridge. There is 24/7 power and internet. Power sometimes went off (normal here) but generator kicked in within a minute. Internet is stable and speed ok (I got usually like 10mbit). There is no breakfast provided, but there is a supermarket and lots of restaurants just around the corner. Unmarried couples are not allowed to share a room (this rule exists in some places around here, in some not).

Came across this motel by chance...it was next to the Turkish Air office. It's actually quite good. Only $50 per night and they were flexible with the check in time. The room was surprisingly very comfortable, quiet with a nice view. The location is perfect; you can walk to many sights like the Khayat Mosque or some of the Malls.
