IT’S NOT A HOSPITAL. It is mainly for checkups and basic diagnostic. The paperwork takes forever and you always have to remind the staff that you are still waiting in the waiting hall. Not recommended for emergencies and serious illness, plus it is more expensive than most of the private hospitals in Erbil.

Extremely inefficient. You are basically your own doctor and have to tell them what to do and what is needed. Everything answer is “just 15 mins… they are coming”

Came to this hospital during my stay because I was extremely sick. The nurses were all great. Receptionist were great. Even though I was not an emergency case I got seen fairly quickly. The staff all spoke English which is awesome for people visiting. The hallways were clean and they had all the latest equipment. I paid $35.00 USD for my total visit (excluding the medication) as I did not have travel insurance. I saw Dr. Bery Jalal who spoke English and was very helpful. She sent me a full report of my visit, diagnosis, vitals and medication prescribed to my email (I did not even have to ask!) which was great. Thank you.

I have been to LST many times. By myself and accompanying others. Most of the local staff do not listen to you and ignore your complaints. The expat nurses and employees are more polite and professional (they also smell better). Dealing with the finance office there can be quite difficult. Especially if you have insurance. The great thing about LST is that they all speak English and they will make sure you get taken care of. It's the only hospital an expat should go to if they don't want the run around. I will only go to LST in Erbil.

I went for a visit. I got everything done in less than an hour between checking in the first time, the consultation, the lab work, and paying for the visit. I definitely will be coming back.

They look at you as a bag of money and they are trained to take the most amount of money possible from patients in their clinic. Compared to many other services around they are expensive and usually ask for further unnecessary consultations to take more money from you. If you do a bit of research you can find much better, more professional services with cheaper prices in Erbil.

The worst management ever poor attitude lack of respect, hungry for money, though some of the nurse might treat you with respect but when it comes to payment you can clearly see how hungry the manager is for money. A place you should never visit even if you were dying.

I had a very bad and sad experience at this place. I called an ambulance for my mother due to a hip fracture. The team arrived half an hour late and was unprepared. The nurse searched for pain relief injections but couldn't find them. There were discussions between the nurse and the (doctor) revealing a shortage of necessary treatments. Later, my mother was transferred to the center, underwent X-rays, but they refused to share the results without the specialist's presence. The specialist arrived over an hour later due to unavailability. They decided to transfer my mother, in severe pain, to another distant center for a CT scan, even though the X-rays were clear. The entire issue seemed financially motivated, as they charged us for the ambulance and the CT scan, totaling 300,000 dinars, ignoring the intense pain my mother suffered without justification. We later moved her to another hospital after six hours, and the bill amounted to 800,000 dinars. I want to inform everyone that this hospital prioritizes commerce over humanity. Its for money only

I just left LST with total disappointment, I called several times today and they collected all my information and finally gave me an appointment, I went before my appointment only to find out that there is no appointment!!! They kept asking me about the number I called and the name of the person I talked to and kept wasting my time rather than trying to solve the problem. Then they requested all my information again, which I provided again, and asked me many times about the simple test that I requested to do, and then informed me that they need to schedule another appointment. What I noticed is that the place was really disorganized and they don’t value the time of the clients. I left and did the test somewhere else.
