i don't know why this organization exist ? or what is there work exactly ?? since they are called international organization for migration ,, but they never support people and solve thier issues ,, people with case number at the orginazation have been waitng ten s of years and there life set in risk and danger ,,but still they didnt do anything for them,, why you open up a case for them and give them a case number then sleep on it ??!!!

I have sent an email and been constantly calling your number but it keeps asking me for the extension and I have been putting the extension for my country which is Iraq and it keeps saying it’s not right , i hope that u can help me with that
