Gaurden with lots of beauty in the city of Erbil, Kurdistan

An old Garden, and I guess the 1st park built in Erbil with lots of childhood memories, and very beautifully renovated recently. Very calm, cool, and clean place. Suitable to go with family, friends and children. As there are kids play ground, the children have good times, the floor of play ground is soft and safe.

This beautiful park is located in the heart of Erbil, opposite of the University of Kurdistan-Hawler (UKH). This was built during 1965-1968 by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing at that time.

The night cinema is an amazing idea here at the Gilkand park, fits perfectly during this month. Recommended 👍

It's known place in Erbil and really nice and quiet place for walking in the nature, you have to visit ther, at least try it once, wish you all have a good time.
