Watchout exiting the hotel as there part of the stairs infront of door is a 45 degree slide. It is originally designed as disability access but built into a desaster waiting to happen.

Quite, clean place, breakfast was good, rooms area are very good, yet the bed was not comfortable at all!

Beautiful don't book on booking or any other. I booked it through booked they reserve my online payment. They were saying we don't have even in the confirmation email notified my payment. Receptionist says management not here. U need to stay tomorrow longer to speak with them. Then I managed to talk to one of the. He was very rude. He wasn't listening. He was just talking like radio. They stressed me more on My tiring day after long trip driving. Other points I paid online 122 IQD. BUT THEY charged. $100..

Near to a busy, shoresh streat an area. Very close to city center. And just by the famous mosque there. A bit far from the empire area, but the hotel is recommended in tearms of tidiness, breakfast and a good swimming pool

For me it's okay, but the hotel is small, restaurant has limited source of plates on the table, they differ between chicken, meat and fish, but i have tried better than it, for me in the future i won't choose this hotel as my first option.

Nice hotel, 3.9 stars hotel. Rooms are clean and big in space, contains many services like hot shower, air conditioning, snacks, tv, free wifi, and much more. services are great, gym, swimming pool, sauna, and laundry service with very very good morning breakfast (free). location is good, in shoresh street. a lovely street. taxi airport service is good, there are free and VIP (10$) Laundry service is unfortuantely very very expensive, i mean guys, 2$ for a pair of socks! that's too much. nonetheless, it is a great hotel. totally recommend it.

The hotel location is perfect, all the services are great. Helpful, friendly and always there whenever you need any help. Especially the receptionist from Mosul, he is the best.

Staff was friendly but my very first experience in Erbil was terrible to see everyone is money orientated. We have missed breakfast time by 5mins and still wanted to eat there when we ask the receptionist first thing they said it’s chargeable which we were fine with it. We have paid $45 per person per night for room including breakfast which was ok. The breakfast they have served us has had few different cheese in one plate,two different type of meet sautee ( 😒) two pieces potatoes and two pieces onion ring… no separate services has been provided unless I asked them. Also they brought 4small slices cake which looked uncooked. Tea was cold which we served ourselves. Compare to room and breakfast prices (which we had buffet breakfast next day and nothing to compare to this one) we ended up paying $25. When you ask for an advise all you can hear from them is money even before you ask the price.
