Terrible service did not respond to calls and when something gets lost or anything happens to the package they tell you that we do not deal with anything they are very unprofessional you’re very disrespectful and do not trust them to not send things that has a value because if they know the value of the product they will steal it and they will say that it got opened so I urge you not to use this company you can use FedEx directly but not their subcontractor they are absolutely terrible 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🏿

One of the worst places, and understanding staff ever... They took some brochures from me to be sent to Russian federation for almost 200dollars! After 30days called me back: you have to come and pick your goods from the office and to pay 150for returning it... Why? They didnt accepted they package? Who? Your recipient! Called pay recipient, and asked is that true? They said no one called! Checked the addresses and phone number again. No issues Went to the office, after one hour discussing they are tellijg me sorry the mistake was from air port they didnt let it enter. Why? Wala its illegal!!! I asked for refund they didnt pay back... And never called back again even i complained from their "internation" website No email replays to say sorry! Try any local way 100% better.

I had my envelope shipped from USA, when it has been delivered to Erbil where it should be delivered, they called me, told me to come and pick it up, I told the lady that's I have talked to her if you guys deliver it to my address, she said Ok, tomorrow, and hang up the phone 🤬 Tried to call them back, but she didn't respond at all. one of the worst company in the world we make shipping a pallet in usa to erbil . but the company send to baghdad wrong and fedex left shipment in baghdad airport without clearance and lost papers to make clerance after 6 month . the company say sorry we lost a pallet and the value of shipment is 75000$ . until today nothing happens. don’t think about using this company to shipping

we had a shipment from the US, a day delayed because they claimed the driver didn't find the address but is a famous address and they didn't call the phone number put for them, so I received in their office. the staff were very polite.
