A wounerful place to spend time with family especially at the week end. The zoo contained different type of animals especially wild animals such as Bears, Lions, Tigers etc.

Beautiful and large place to spent your time with your family and kids especially in holiday and weekend. You can pay 20,000 IQD and enter by your and you will receive a guide map in order to where you go and where you see the animals and you can stop step by step to see them. They have corcodil , lion , tigers , camel , fox , monkey , lama , zebra , horses , pig, ostrich ، rabbit, chicken, sheep, giraffe, bear , birds, dinasor hall. You need more than 3 hours in order to see and complete all parts.

It is interesting place if you are in Erbil you have to visit this place to see many types of animals.

Very good place for animal lovers as very good collection of many wild and pet animal, birds etc. is available. You can visit all zoo on your car also or their provided cute small vehicles. You can also walk and see the zoo. Lion, leopard, cheetah, puma, jaguar, bear, crocodile, hyna, peacock, zebra, eagle, monkey, owl, fox, wolf, dog, cat, wild cat, chicken, fowl, duck, goat, horse, pony, donkey, camel, white camel, crow, ducks etc available to watch.

Erbil Zoo is the biggest zoo in Iraq, it is located near Kasnazan on the Erbil-Koya road is home to more than 180 different species of animals and birds it is a very nice feeling when you see all these animals!

We went at night we wanted to avoid the sun heat Oops most of animals were sleeping

a big zoo is one the largest in middle east have an open places to set or to hang out and you can have your car inside or get one there .. the animal are from all kind ❤️

Affordable. scant list of animals. Animals are suffering under the heat of summer.

Zoo staff were abusing a Tiger while we were there. Sad. Also none of the animals had water.
