Erbil Zoo 🐆 . it is the first in terms of area, type of animal and environment. There are small and medium zoos in Kurdistan in Erbil, Sulaimaniyah (Newroz_Sarchnar) and Duhok (Newroz), but this is the largest and most beautiful zoo in Iraq - the Erbil Zoo, which exists on the map of the world's zoo!

I love love love it !!!!! Sooo amaaaaZinngggggg and alll utilities are available!! And very cheap Only 20 thousand for a car !! No matter how many people are there in car ! And 5000 for single person Places to sit and eat your own food + restaurants

Exceeded my expectations. I saw more animals than I expected. Quite clean but needs more green spaces. With some more improvement, it can become a great tourist attraction in Erbil.

The zoo is nice but there are many animals missing to be in. Cost to enter is 5000Iqd person.but if you go in with your car you have to pay 20000Iqd no matter how many people are inside the car. If you want to drive around the free area of camels and zebras you need to pay another 10000oqd.

Somehow it’s not organized as should be!!! They blocked the vision by plants on front of the animals cages. Second we didn’t know how to start our visit and how to end up, by car or by walking !? Also after we paid ID 20,000 as entry fee per car (whole family), we found out there are many facilities inside the zoo need us to pay ID2000 per person to get in. P.S: My suggestion to the management is to take extra care about the cages cleanliness, at some point we couldn’t handle the stinky smell !!!

An area that lacks green spaces and grass, and animals suffer from malnutrition and permanent confinement.

I felt so bad for the animals, they were so hungryyyyy and so weak. And there were some dogs that were only petsss…. They shouldn’t have been there at the zoo.. 🥲🥲🥲they belong to homes only
