Our experience was excellent! We were warmly greeted in the lobby with coffee while we waited to check-in. Our bags were brought to the room and our car was parked for us. Our room was nice - facing the street. We had all the amenities. The breakfast had variety and fresh - which was delicious! All the staff was very kind and friendly. There is a supermarket across the street - as well as many restaurants very near by. There are also many options for food delivery as well (just ask the gentleman at the reception). There's a nice street very nearby with a variety of night-life and restaurants named "Dream City". We acutally walked back to our hotel from there. No complaints, whatsoever! We would highly recommend Soul Mate to anyone staying in Erbil. A+

The rooms are big enough ,nice and very clean with smart tv , bathroom is clean and relaxing , breakfast is good and the restaurant has a nice view , best thing about this hotel is the staff members they are very polite helpful and welcoming and if I ever come back to erbil I’ll definitely come to this hotel

Nice and kind receptionists, good location in new Erbil, many cafes, stores, restaurants around the hotel, close to the old town and castle, 10 minutes by a car, big and clean room, large and fresh breakfast but bathroom should be better, it's needed to restoration.

I stayed for two days in this hotel, and the experience was really good, friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet and clean rooms. The hotel location is perfect. It's near the airport and near the city centre, also you have everything you need in the same street. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Erbil, and I would stay at this hotel the next time I come to Erbil inshallah.

Weird. Many reviews on booking state how clean this place was. We found it to be quite dirty. We even found a pistachio shell on the floor. The towels had some faint stains. The price was quite good, but we ended up going to another hotel because we wanted some cleanliness.

Very bad experience, the beds were terribly uncomfortable, they never changed the bed sheets for three days, they didnt clean up the room until I ask them to! And the cherry on top of course, it has a terrible breakfast buffet!!

Hotel rooms are not so good , (the single bed booking ), bed is old ,mattress is spoiled , bath room is not good not bad but less than average ,breakfast is acceptable normal variety like other similar hotels ,but the staff are all very friendly very cooperative and very helpful ,hotel location is super deluxe and perfect

I was there in Ramadan, staff were friendly, parking is very small but free, they have a problem with cooling system and plumping ( only hot water in the toilet ) Also the hotel is rather small, and the breakfast is kinda old maybe from suhor ( I was in Ramadan)
