I actually live there, at first (2014) it was a really good, peaceful and nice place but now(2021) it's just sooo crowded it's the fault of the owner or the staff but it's the fault of the peoples who live there, actually it's the fault of "some" of the peoples soooo I hope they can put some securities inside the village soo the peoples over there won't drift inside the village. hhhhh

the only problem i have is the opening hours, i really wish if the open after midnight too, since its the only market around the complex

My parents live in this complex. It’s very nice and secure. Ich wish there were even more gardens and a way better gym with a realistic price!! The Supermarket there is, is also a bit overpriced. However all in all the complex has a good administration who try to keep the village clean and in order.

Prices are expensive ... better to shop inside Erbil and only leave the quick picks for the Italian City 2 market. Surprisingly they close on Fridays from 11:00 to 14:00 for praying ?! Some of the staff need to be trained on customer care and treatment. generally: I don't go there unless i'm obliged to.

such a great place to visit... really with good views... Excellent orientation... complete and full services... an excellent area to reside in... full security... green areas... a lot of Non-profit Humanitarian Organization Office locate here...

It’s a Nice place if you ever want to live in a quiet and peaceful compound in Erbil. It’s got a quick access to 120M road which drives you fast to Erbil Airport and located on Salahaddin Road.

Expensive than other places

The most thing I really do miss in Erbil this astounding, amazing , clean and amazing city. No words would really describe the beauty of it.

There is a sign with knife and fork that makes it look like a place where you can eat the bakery products. But this is misleading. It is an over-the-counter Kurdish bakery. The bread is great when warm. But no place to sit.

Nice place to live ,great atmpsphire ,there is place for kids zone ,park for walking ,supermarket 24hrs.,but the qulaity of buliding is low all need renovation

Quit nice place and full of services that residents needs on a daily basis

Not organized, Not offering options, non-friendly staff, not clean & Almost every item is more expensive than the other markets in the neighborhood!

It is a beautiful and quiet place and there is a wonderful park which i really recommend

Though it is a big shop, but you won't find every needed thing. It may frustrate you.
