It's nice that it is open to the public with free restrooms. The park itself is "meh"

I think I went here at least once a week for several months. It is a great place to come and walk and maybe sit and have tea. The track and climbing wall were great for exercise and my friends and I came here often. Some places in the park are better than others, but it is worth visiting.
