Great atmosphere and clean place, however the low quality made sure I won't return, it's far from bad but it doesn't live up to the visual promises.

The quality of the food was not bad, but the customer services was very poor, I asked for some chilly pepper they didn't bring it, later they said we don't have any chilly pepper, then I ordered juice they didn't bring it at all and surprisingly the juice was in the bill

May be they have one of the best design i have ever been seen in a restaurant and good spaces between the tables beside its delicious food but not the best

Nice place , good food , average price

Let's start with the staff, very friendly and welcoming , the place is new , clean and huge and very nice but the food is not good unfortunately, I ordered crispy chicken sandwich it was oily and has no taste , we had a mini burger as well thinking we will receive 3 mini burgers as a standard smaller and easier to eat but came out to be one small burger only, food take more than 30 minutes even though place wasn't busy , I really suggest Improve and change your chef as the place is nice and needs a good chef.

My experience with them was very good, i loved the interior design of the place and the food was very goooooodd Fresh , and the portions were very generous! Thier prices are good Definitely recommended

The place is awesome. The food is Good. the price is high, compared to the taste and quality of the food. the service was good, too. their menu is short, too. and hope the best for them.

V Lounge is one of the best restaurants in Erbil , you can enjoy your time here ( with family , friends...), The restaurant has place for kids , also has outdoor seats .

I called the restaurant and told them that I would like to bring my 8 year old twins for their birthday. We turned up and the table was decorated so nicely. We had our dinner and then they brought the cake on a decorated table with the birthday song running. The girls were in awwwe and loved every moment. Thank you V lounge for making this a very memorable and lovely occasion.

Very good meals but expensive

It's a nice looking restaurant and a Great atmosphere, but some of the food isn't good, like the chicken sandwich, the chicken was dry and it wasn't salted, the burgers were decent but the fries weren't even fresh. The only amazing food there was their pizza 🍕 and the salads.
