Bad service. Had an eye test today. The report given in a simple white paper. No letter head, no clinic name, no address. Charged for just white paper report with no authenticity and no responsibility. Not at all professional.

In my first visit I thought that the pricing of the medicine prescribed by them are expensive. But when I have cross checked the same in the market I have realised that the prescribed medicine price is not higher and I have commended wrong earlier. The given medicine was very helpful to recover health soon.. My experience in the hospital was excited and dealing with patients are highly standard and patient centric and caring. Ambiance of the hospital is 5 star hotel standard and their service also met the same standard. Doctors are trying to explain what is the cause of disease and educate how we can defend the disease and how the prescribed medicine are effective to cure. Very professional approach from doctors and keeping their professional ethics and code of conduct very well. I am recommending people for considering this hospital if you have any support in your eye related matters.

One of the best eye hospitals in Kozhikode, or even in Kerala I would say. The ambience is so welcoming and the staff are genuinely friendly. Even the security talks softly without having a brash attitude like in many places. He even helps you park your car which is really convenient. It’s a sizeable space and the layout is well-organised. The waiting chairs are pretty comfortable, but hurts your bum after an hour or so. There are sofas here and there which are very comfy, but they’re hardly free as everyone is in a race to occupy them. But hey, it’s a hospital and not a hotel, so what else should I expect However, the thing that surprised me is the waiting time. The waiting time is relatively low and the job gets done in a jiffy. Even the optical store is well organised and has a premium touch. Overall, this is a highly recommendable place for an anyone seeking eye treatment or just a general eye checkup.

I had a great experience at Trinity. The staff were very courteous and efficient. In particular, Dr Sujith spent a lot of time explaining my options, and the pros and cons of each. I felt that I was in excellent hands and I left the hospital with a smile on my face.

There is not much hassle and waiting time for checkups. Reasonable, Excellent Service & Friendly Staffs.

Very good review about the Cornea specialist Dr. Sujith. I must tell you the staff there will not respond to any of your queries. I even doubt whether the information is even passed to doctor. The mobile number you find on their page will not be answered neither they will call you back. So next time i would recommend some other clinic where Dr. Sujith visits.

This is one of the worst eye hospital I have ever visited. The staffs are not cordial, there is no value for time here. And they never call i any order. Pre appointment is for no use. no first come first out also. This is ridiculous.

Very Poor service from the optical side. I purchased a Vogue frame costing above 6k and within 3 months one side was discolored. I returned it for warranty claim and two weeks later they returned the same frame repainted. Within a month the frame was again discolored and damaged on the same side. When approached again, the behavior was very rude and was not ready to change.

Awesome ambience and staffs are polite and helpfull especially the receptionist. I have reached @5:00pm, in google their timing metioned till 7:00 PM. Receptionist tried to get the OP ticket by talking over the phone with the doctor (Dr. Anjali) or doctors staff but it got refused. Felt not reliable or professional at this place. I went to DR Agarwal eye hospital just opposite to Trinity. Felt more professional and reliable and had a very good experience.

I had a very bad experience from this hospital. They don't deserve even one star. Yesterday at 10.30 am I called the hospital for an appointment. It is usual for any hospital to call forward and get a doctor's appointment within 2 minutes. but they said there is a doctor, and i dont remember his/her name. because I have contacted them for the first time. They said they will call back from the reception. But I didn't get any call after that. They could have said that if there was no doctor, but they didn't do that either. When I called again after 2 hours, I was told the same thing as the first time. And no call came yet. This is the first time such an experience from a hospital. If this hospital has any reputation it will be lost because of these staffs , those are without any responsibility. No more contact with this hospital again🙏

Went here seeing it closes at 7 pm on 28-08-2023. When enquired in the reception at 4.30 pm they said the doctor said cannot be consulted. So whatever seen here is something that needs to be cross checked before you step in. Because of this do not know anything about the quality of treatment.

I had my Lasik surgery done for both my eyes last week. I feel it as completely safe and is recommended 100%. The Lasik treatment here is Highly suggested and Dr. Sujith Nayanar has done it in the best way . The staff's here were highly cooperative and had a great experience here. [1] The professional dealings of Dr Sujith Nayanar in terms of his personally pleasing and yet objective approach and the smooth skill of conducting surgery with appropriate briefing all through; [2] The most pleasing and kindly way in which all the Nurses interacted and helped me through the various stages; [3] The professional, efficient and friendly way in which Smt. Anu, the Operations Manager, did everything to make me and my wife feel at ease; and [4] The friendly and to-the-point ways of the Front Office staff.

Worst experience ever.... I don't have any clue why this guys are like this especially the optical department over there , pathetic customer relation and product delivery. Especially When it comes to health care the management must be responsible and punctual on their services that they are providing. But the situation is actually opposite over here..

Pathetic service from there optical side . I had bought a pair of glasses from their store and ended up servicing it for the first 6 months because the lens kept falling off of the frame that they had suggested ( carrera) post of which the expensive frame started Color fading . When we went for further clarification for the same , the service request was given negligent value . Constant falling of the lens from the frame , Color fading of the frame , ( costed more than 8k ) and negligent service request . Sorry , with the response that we received , I cannot give no more than a single star , that too just for the ambience .

I did lasik here. It was successful. Dr. Sujith did the procedure. He is very nice doctor and ready to help patients for their doubts. Staff is very supportive. Mrs. Anu was a great support for us. Great infrastructure and neatly maintained hospital. Cost wise it is cheaper than the nearby hospitals like Agarwals eye hospital and Abate eye hospital for lasik surgery, but experience wise the best. Thanks a lot for your support team Trinity..
