Good store. Well located. Regular customer.

Got some decent sale items.. yo be honest the only time I go into Next is during a sale these days I'm more of a primarni shopper. No disrespect to Next if I had a job that required decent work attire I would go there more often. Service good. Only a small queue and it was a Saturday. No complaints

Messy. Sale rails so fully it was ridiculous. Came out as not a good shopping experience

Went for a bra fitting but was then told at the appointment that they don't use a measuring tape, just a guide thats on the website. Pretty ridiculous and a waste of a trip because they don't put larger sizes for anything on show in store, even for clothes, when they clearly provide much larger clothing online. I left extremely upset and ashamed of being "larger". But come on Next, you provide larger clothing, NOW SHOW IT IN STORE!

Went to the store to buy a suit. Tried the jacket on to find it was faulty loose stitching in 3 locations on it. Spoke to staff about it and asked for a discount as they did not have any more. They said no and have put it back out on sale knowing it’s faulty

I had visited the store today and the staff Madiya over there helped me a lot and I'm much satisfied with the service.
