Amazing service on the first night of opening. Excellent food and amazing variety of wine and drinks from all over the world. You really know when you come to a place that has an award winning bartender you are going to have the best service possible. My new favorite place in Catania. Make sure you ask for Badr (the owner) when you want exquisite cocktails. You will not be disappointed ❤️👌🙏☝️

I loved it , there are healthy and tasty options. I took the cous cous and it was really good. If you love wines or beer this restaurant is a great option. Vegetarian and vegan recipes are available

Prepare to be blown away with dishes as delicious and wonderfully surprising as restaurant owner and chef Badr will present! A lovely, warm environment, beautifully presented food, unbeatable cocktails, amazing vegetarian options. And the levels he brings the humble hummus to are absolutely outrageous. I can't wait to return for more!

We had a wonderful meal here on the last day of our holiday. I can say this was the best meal of our whole stay. The tagines are full of incredible flavours and clearly made with love. We enjoyed a bottle of Moroccan white and were treated to a dessert on the house. This was a taste sensation - a delicious brownie with etna raisins and an ice cream flavoured with rose. Innovative flavours and a friendly and informative chef/host and his excellent staff.

Easily ticked my main two boxes: great food; and happy, passionate owners. Highly recommend!

We did the tasting menu and left so full and happy! The chef comes around and checks in on every table and chats with them. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. It’s such a wonderful break from Italian food and you have to try some Moraccan wine too! 🍷 it’s a whole experience more than just a meal.

The food here was truly incredible, as an avid hummus eater it's the best hummus we have ever eaten and all of the dishes were creatively balanced with some exceptional flavours. The chef/owner was so friendly and talked us through everything. One of the three of us was vegan and was catered too incredibly. Highly recommend. Also recommend the cider which is citrusy and hard to come by in Italy.

Went on holiday, a Brit and a German. We have lots of good Middle Eastern and North African restaurants in London and this completely met our expectations. Great spicy hummus, vegetarian and meat tagine and dessert options as well as Syrah wine by the half bottle. Attentive service. Would go all the time if we lived here.

One of the best kept secrets in Catania. Creative and delicious takes on classic North African and Middle Eastern cuisine with a killer wine menu and impressive rum selection. The owner is very warm and welcoming, it feels like having dinner at a good friend's house. A nice break from the usual offerings of pizza and Italian cuisine, a much needed spot of culinary diversity.

Amazing wine, hummus and couscous

Our evening at Casbah Del Moro was an unforgettable one. The Chef and his attention to details made everything just right. The dishes and every taste in it made it worth the wait for Wednesday 8pm. Fusion dishes with Chinese spices touch to it. The chicken Tagine melted in your mouth and the halal lamb to finish it off. Great and unique selection of Moroccan wine among others from the Mediterranean. Definitely recommend a visit if you are in Catania.
