We
rented
the
entire
house
for
11
days
this
August.
Unfortunately,
it
has
so
much
potential
but
fell
very
short
in
a
lot
of
areas.
The
house
itself
is
decorated
well
and
clean;
however,
it
is
situated
in
an
area
that
experiences
A
LOT
of
wind,
so
it
is
never
very
enjoyable
to
sit
outside
or
relax
at
the
pool.
The
most
disappointing
aspect
of
the
house
rental
was
that
the
owner
was
extremely
petty
and
at
the
end
of
the
stay
told
us
she
would
be
charging
us
for
dishwasher
pods
used,
toilet
paper,
food
that
the
chef
decided
to
buy
without
our
consent
that
we
never
consumed,
and
other
very
small
items
that
you
expect
out
of
a
house
that
you
a
renting
for
11
days
at
an
extremely
high
cost
for
what
it
is.
There
were
a
few
staff
members
that
were
incredibly
gracious
and
great
at
their
jobs
including
Nelza
.
The
front
reception
staff
was
very
rude
and
unprofessional
to
us.
And
the
owner
treated
the
house
like
it
was
for
her
personal
use
and
decided
to
use
the
pool
during
our
stay
even
though
we
had
rented
the
entire
property
for
our
vacation
with
our
family.
We
would
never
return
or
recommend.
Perhaps
it
is
better
suited
as
a
hotel
stay
versus
a
home
rental.
