Placed
an
order
before
cut
off
for
what
was
supposed
to
be
the
following
week
but
was
not
offered
delivery
then
and
instead
it
would
be
delivered
15days
after
I
placed
the
order.
Immediately
contacted
them
online
and
had
multiple
responses
to
me
telling
me
the
customer
service
manager
would
be
calling
me
as
they
had
a
solution
for
me
being
unable
to
order
meals
and
have
them
delivered
in
a
timely
manner.
3
weeks
of
waiting
and
I
still
haven't
had
that
phone
call
despite
being
reassured
they
would
call
me
in
the
second
week
after
not
hearing
from
them
the
first
time.
The
representative
on
the
phone
blamed
me
for
choosing
the
day
for
delivery
and
inferred
I
was
clearly
incapable
of
ordering
online.
Meanwhile
I
was
still
waiting
for
the
customer
service
manager
to
call
me
and
fix
the
problem
as
they
could
see
that
I
should
be
able
to
have
it
delivered
the
week
after
I
ordered
not
2
weeks
after
I
ordered.
While
waiting
my
order
was
refunded.
Again
I
was
told
the
customer
service
manager
would
call
me
to
sort
it
out.
Got
to
the
end
of
3
weeks
and
I
finally
get
a
call...
was
it
the
customer
service
manager?
Nope
it
was
a
regular
call
centre
worker
asking
me
if
I'd
like
to
place
another
order
with
the
good
meal
co.
Considering
I
didn't
get
the
first
order
I
wouldn't
consider
it
placing
another
order
as
it
would
have
been
my
first
order
with
them.
Yet
again
I
looked
online
and
was
only
offered
delivery
2
weeks
after
paying
despite
2
deliveries
a
week
to
my
area.
Essentially
to
get
weekly
meals
set
up
I'd
have
to
go
without
food
for
2
weeks
even
though
I'd
paid
for
the
meals
before
cut
off.
Unfortunately
the
company
seems
to
be
very
poorly
run
and
I
have
now
cancelled
my
service
agreement
with
the
company
and
will
now
look
for
another
company
who
has
enough
respect
for
their
clients
to
at
least
call
to
fix
things
they
say
they
will
call
about.
I
was
looking
forward
to
trying
this
company
but
after
3
weeks
and
countless
contact
with
the
company
with
no
resolution
being
offered,
it
became
clear
to
me
that
i
likely
won't
get
what
i
order
anyway
if
they
cant
even
follow
up
a
phone
call.
Sadly
not
worth
the
stress.
