    Booking was cancelled by booking.com, no refund as of yet from the prepay to DD apartments. My advise, stay away from this if you don't want to loose your money.

    ** SCAM - DO NOT BOOK HERE!! ** In Feb 2020 I booked 2 rooms for 8 people for 3 nights from 29 Sept - 2 Oct 2020 with free cancellation. They charged my credit card a deposit of $436.98 and cancelled my accommodation on 27 May due to covid reasons and no longer listing with Booking.com. After being given the run around for MONTHS with no respones to phone calls or emails except for pre-recorder messages, I was told to get all of my correspondence and proof of payment paperwork together to try and get a refund of my deposit and no success from Booking.com or my bank who tried to follow it up. It has been over a year now. Very disillusioned with fraudulant activities.

    We have a booking in late June. Non refundable for cancellations. We only need to change the date and not cancelling. No-one will answer numerous phone calls.Emails ignored. Booking .com not contacted back for us. Disgusting treatment during covid crisis. You just can't take hard earned money from people then ignore them. They have $1200 of our money which was a family gift for a break. How dare you. Disgusting treatment. Do not book with these people. We are getting legal advice.

    Had to cancel due to cruise being postponed. Cancellation was 12 hours within the 7 day non-refundable window. Tried calling 4 times. E-mailed and texted. They would not answer the phone or return e-mail or text. It cost $171 for 12 hours of a booking! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

    Very disappointing. Booked two appts (52&71) for two families for 4 nights. Location is great and very close to Darling Harbour (2 minute walk). Pictures on the website are VERY misleading. Appts are in serious need of modernisation, although relatively clean, there are marks all over the carpets, bad mustard coloured decoration, poor maintenance, bad bleach smell and very soft beds! Great if you want somewhere to stay for one night if you’re on a stag/hen weekend, not great for families. Left after one night and booked into a hotel. Lots of other appts in Sydney and I certainly wouldn't stay here again!

    Do NOT waste your money to book at this apartment! Stay away from this DD Apartment as we were lesson learned. All the pictures you saw from different agents are NOT true and the rooms condition are terrible. We even don't want to stay at the room for one more minute. This is a total scam for the room and its price.

    SCAM- DO NOT BOOK HERE They cancelled my accommodation due to covid reasons and then shot through. No responses for a refund and no help from Booking.com, my bank or a solicitor to follow it up even after being given the run around for MONTHS when we were told to get all of our correspondence and proof of payment paperwork together. It has been an entire year now. Absolutely livid.

    Had a booking here which I had to cancel due to covid 19 flight and border restrictions. I wasn’t expecting a refund although all other hotels happily allowed me to change my booking due to the circumstances without any charge. The worst part was the ignoring of all of my emails,phone calls or messages through booking at least have the decency to reply to a customer and not just blank them once you get your money .. stay clear of this establishment and it’s not just me read the other reviews!!

    Great value for money we just needed a place for 6 of us and worked out perfect. Rooms are quite suitable compared to the price we paid no complaints here. Easy walking distance to sights app 30 minute to the Harbor bridge, the rocks and the opera house or about a hour and 1/2 if you take your time. If you are after accommodation and some comforts this is great. The ability to leave our bags onsite till we left was a great bonus !!
