👍👍 Such a great place to come grab a bite to eat, there sweet range is also good. Cakes from papas 👌☕ coffee is great. The decoration is so nicely done and thought out well. Using old style fridges, tvs, and unused kitchen cupboards. Good way it's all been recycled and re-used. Good customer service....

Service was ok but food was really bad. Had the chickpea and shroom breakfast and both were disappointing. The chickpea burger was extremely greasy (literally dripping in oil), very little flavour and the chips were not cooked at the right temperature so came out rubbery. The shroom breakfast lacked flavour. Apparently had ricotta sprinkled around it but it was so tasteless. Both meals were pretty expensive as well. The juices are decent though but also quite expensive. Won’t be coming back here.

2 stars just because the patisseries look beautiful and the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately I've chosen what you see in the picture. I simply asked to change the type of bread (a simpler one) and I've been told "chef" doesn't allow changes on the menu, fair enough, but hash brown was oily and the chips looked and tasted like if the were some previous client's left over. One day I might come back for the sweets.

I have shared some lunches here with my workmates and have never been disappointed. The food is always well cooked and tasty, the decor looks rustic and the staff always have a smile. Highly recommended.

The food hit all my taste buds .. absolutely made with love .. the night was so busy and the staff kept up with all our orders , that were on going the garlic prawns were to due for 10/10 we have come from QLD and if we lived closer it would be our place to go. Desserts were the best.. we were pleasantly surprised keep up the good work. 💕❤️🤗Amaxing

From the moment I stepped into The Factoria I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff, whom were quick to assist me, and ensure I found what I needed. The ambience of the cafe was like walking into a 50s home, with the household paraphernalia one might see in a museum showcasing our household history. I had a flat white there, served Will&Co, which in all honesty isn’t my favourite blend, however made well, lovely mug and enjoyable to sit and listen to a podcast whilst journaling. Will definitely be back!!

Lovely place, tends to get quite busy but still nice regardless. Come here to grab the crema di caffe always great service. The pastries are very well sourced too for those that have discerning palettes. I highly recommend coming here for dessert coffee of an evening with their fine range of sweets.

This place is amazing!!! I have lunch at The Factoria (almost daily) because: 1. The food is delicious; 2. The meals are as good as a homemade lunch so you don't feel unhealthy; 3. The service is fantastic and ALL the staff are super wonderful; AND 4. I absolutely love seeing Cathy and Rose daily because they always cheer me up and put a smile on my face (literally the nicest ladies in Wetherill Park). Thank you Nick and team for always providing a perfect lunch experience.
