My partner and I visited a few weeks ago . We spoke to a dark haired woman ( Think the owner) about engagement rings , but she was very disinterested and actually very rude and we both left feeling “ why even bother having a store? “ I think we probably did not look posh enough or something , maybe having a bad day . After seeing photos of beautiful rings online I visited the store when last in Sydney. Not only is the store lovely but the staff were too and very patient while I chose the type of ring I wanted. My beautiful engagement ring designed by Sarah is absolutely stunning. I recently had to send it back to be sized up due to it no linger fitting after having a baby.
