I don't usually write negative reviews because mainly I don't care enough but also I don't like hurting businesses just because I had a bad experience. In the grand scheme of things my bad experience doesn't really matter and I can choose not to go somewhere which unfortunately has been the case here. With that being said; I just think that the fact you still can't sit inside is ridiculous. They implemented some policies during the common cold 19 that would make Germany circa 1940 blush(obviously an over exaggeration) and the remnants of that can still be seen when you walk inside. Take town the plexiglass barrier so some of the older and younger patrons alike can enjoy their donuts, coffee, and conversation inside again, it's way passed due. On a positive note; the staff has always been very friendly and the donuts and coffee are good.

Delicious donuts in plenty of varieties that you might want. They had Bavarian and Boston creme filled, several fruit flavors-filled, crullers, red velvet, and different types of chocolate and glazed donuts to pick from (I couldn't remember them all). The service was very friendly and even with a morning line, they took care of us quickly.

Best doughnuts in town! They take special orders and even make giant doughnuts for events. If you need to pick some up for an event I would recommend calling and ordering ahead of time. Also you get a discount with a YMCA membership!

Fort Findlay is a staple of the community! It’s one of my favorite places to stop and grab a delicious cold brew and a donut. You can tell the owners and employees take pride in what they do. They are top notch!

There's always a line when we go to get donuts from Fort Findlay. It's for good reason too. They are always fresh and just delicious. The people are really nice too!

Stopped by with a couple friends because I heard they had the best donuts in Findlay. They did not disappoint! Their chocolate cake donut and ice chai tea latte were heavenly. I will definitely be making more stops here in the future!

The absolute BEST doughnuts you can get. We ordered ten dozen variety for a birthday party, and every single one was delicious. Great customer service, amazing prices... Hands down our favorite doughnut place!!

You will never find donuts as good as at Fort Findlay. The employees are kind and they consistently serve quality donuts. A hometown favorite for a reason, and a place that you will ALWAYS compare other donuts to, and end up disappointed that the other donuts aren't from Fort Findlay!

Well, let me start off by saying almost all of the negative comments have been removed giving them a 4.8 star rating. (Unethical) In my opinion each time that I have visited the store it has been a problem. The older lady (the owner)who runs the store is extremely rude. I also have witnessed the store not practicing good safety and sanitation techniques when handling the food! (Doing it behind closes doors not thinking that they are being watched!🤦🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️ The owners also need to learn to have better customer service skills. This means everyone of every race, creed, and color should be greeted and treated with respect!

Unbelievable pricing for the quality of food & drinks! Variety is incredible. Staff treats everyone friendly and very welcoming. The atmosphere is 1/2 nostalgic with 50s style bar stools, 1/2 soothing/calming. I personally have sent family and friends their direction.

They roast their own coffee, make their own donuts. Both are fantastic! Local favorite! Just wish they would re- open the few seats they have(stopped during covid).

Fort Findlay made my family a birthday donut cake today. It was nicely done, attractive, and it was delicious! The price was also very reasonable and I will certainly refer to my friends!
