A thrift store that runs on sales of items donated by people in the community. A small town Goodwill, except the proceeds are used to help the people in that town. As the name implies it takes action for the people of northern Spencer County. Money made by the thrift store supports the local food bank. The building also provides a place for programs offered by the Health Department like immunizations and some features of the WIC program. Their motto is "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" and that is what they try to do.

I love this little store the people are really nice and the store has lots of different ideas.very clean store with reasonable prices.

This place is a waist of time if you are not from there town We drove fom rockport For help for our family of 9 in need of food we are relocating an trying to find work an food to get our 2 seniors 3 children 4 adults which 2 are on disability an my mother just got out of the hospital an one of the adults is pregnant that lives with us we just needed help with some food to get by on for a days or two even can good food would have helped . These people turned us away because we lived in rockport an not spencer county .we even went to Tell city They even helped our family. Like I said we arw feeding 9 I have never seen or heard of a food pantry not Helping a family in need atleast once. This really saddens me That they were like this The staff was not pleasant was very snooty towards us. We will have to pray for them. Very dissatisfied. An I believe rockport is in spencer county . Lol

Children's selection of clothes very limited. They have men and women's clothing also along with nic nack and household items. The staff is very friendly it's clean please keep in mind everything is based on donations to help support the local food bank there.
