I went there to check it out and fell in love with this ring set but it was $7000 altogether which seems ridiculous to me for just my set of rings. I went to another competitor and spent $1700 on my ring, my fiancee ring and my wedding band. I wasn't totally comfortable with the customer service or the atmosphere. It's not cup of tea but maybe someone else's.

I went shopping at Hannoush for an upgrade to my wife's wedding ring & band. I worked with Brooke Lewis who was absolutely AMAZING! She worked with me to understand my wife's style and preferences for everything from the diamond type through ring style. I couldn't be happier with my experience and am so happy to have come to this establishment. I'm sure I'll be back in the future when I am looking for earrings or bracelets for my wife!

This jewelry store was a God sent! Rachel and her team were very patient, not pushy and very professional. She was very knowledgeable about diamonds in all jewelry and helped us even after the store was closed to make sure we were getting the best deal and the ring that we wanted for my wife. Rachel is very upbeat, positive and down to earth more like a friend than a jeweler in a suit. I would recommend this jewelry store over any other!!!

My husband and I recently visited Hannoush Jewelers looking to find my anniversary band to celebrate our 15 years of marriage. We were pleasantly greated by Rachel at the counter. She was very professional and knowledgeable about their diamonds. I explained to her what I was looking for and she discussed several options. She was able to help me create my perfect dream anniversary band and up grade my center diamond as well. She went above and beyond and suggested taking my original center stone diamond and creating a pendant necklace. Rachel stated the approximate time to complete all the necessary upgrades and changes would be about 6 to 8 weeks. She did a great job to give us updates on the progress. I was happy to hear from her that my jewlery was completed earlier than expected. When I saw my completed set I was so overwhelmed with joy to see how beautiful my diamond ring and pendant looked it brought me to tears. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase any diamonds or jewlery to go to the Hannoush store in the Florence Mall, in Kentucky and ask for Rachel.
