    I've been here twice and both times it's been exceptional service. I HIGHLY recommend for everyone to come to St. Matthews Mitsubishi. They're fast, courteous, and straightforward. There's always this weird nervous energy when going to get your car worked on. You know, the classic stereotype of shady car mechanics? Robert and their team are the opposite. Zero worries about the car getting worked on.They even let my dog chill with me in the waiting room. Today, my fob stopped working to unlock and lock my car. I thought it was going to be at least $175. They took the keys, got them reconnected and said it was no charge. Couldn't believe it. Thank you, Robert!

    The only reason I’m giving a two star is because Robert who booked my appointment was wonderful! Everyone else was not very friendly. Not to mention two days later I use my windshield washers and get an indicator that I have low washer fluid. What? $80 and my fluids were not even topped off!?! Make me wonder if anything was actually checked beyond the oil being changed. I would certainly expect more from a dealership. This is not my home dealership, however I still wouldn’t be going back.

    The experience was a great one. All questions were kindly answered in a professional manner, and all concerns and potential repairs were taken care of right on time. As far as I am concerned, I would highly recommend this specific location.

    From day one Mike and the rest service department has literally been great to deal with !! This whole situation has been very upsetting due to KIa Preston selling me a wrecked lemon w frame damage body damage bent wheels rear differential replaced rear axles replaced .. n we ain’t done yet !!! During my horrible experience w Kia Preston I felt like I needed to give kudos to where it’s due and Mike and the entire team has treated me w the utmost respect . They have done everything to make sure I keep calm during this horrible storm thanks to Mike personally the guy is great at his job and the biggest thing that sticks out to me about Mike he listens !! He listens to my concerns . Not Once did he not believe me or push back like dealerships do !! Kia Preston took advantage of me . My 217k Subaru was a smoother ride then the 2020 fusion titanium w all the bells n whistles I bought . 2nd one I love owned so I know the car . Mike specifically I’m not sure if his bosses read this but Mike deserves a big thank you bc I will recommend him to all my friends and family to come get there new or used car from them or any mechanical work on at there shop !! There fast and very friendly !! Thanks again to mechanics who have all been great I appreciate you !!! I’m hoping for a peaceful ending with Kia Preston . A rear differential 2 rear axles two bent wheels next . Body frame damage paint damage. Thanks to real guys who have helped me through this very difficult time w my car. . Thanks again to everyone at that store!!

    Alyson was great with helping me set up an appointment… however the sales members were horrible. He didn’t know what he was doing obviously new to the game. After running my credit before the test drive after I had asked to test drive several times to do that before running credit I decided I didn’t like the car they pressed me about how I can’t afford a car and I wasted time looking.

    I know it's hard to find parts that can be sent as soon as possible. But the day I brought my car into the shop they were awesome at ordering me a a Lyft to my home. And then when my car was ready they also ordered a lift to bring me to the shop and when I was told how much the first time my tire was going to be it was a lot less than I expected then again the next week my axle and tie rod and other parts had to be replaced because there was a crack on the other side. I was also told it was going to run me $700 to $800 and I was very shocked to hear that it was a lot less than that because they found Parts they had found at other retailers and was able to get me a lower payment not only that but sent me to a company that I could go ahead and get a small loan from to pay off these parts in which I had no money left thank you Mitsubishi for always being there for me.

    Is the best experience I've have had in my entire life good people friendly service very helpful and got approved for a new vehicle with no problems at all even though I was upside down they still helped me out a lot so happy with the vehicle I have I would tell anyone to go there first before going anywhere else

    Great service! Timely and kind. The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5, is 2 things. The cost of wipers has doubled and the wait area is the dreariest I have ever waited in. Forces me to buy and install my own wipers from Costco or Walmart. And I spend my waiting time walking around the lot
