Normally most people are very helpful and nice. However I called for parts for a unit and the guy was extremely rude and disrespectful right out of the gate and continued. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place. Literally if they don't have it , then ya don't need it or they will get it for ya. Very knowledgeable about all products in there store. I drive at least 50 minutes to get to it but I love this store. I've bought 2 vehicles from Hobby Villa, XMXAX and the new XRT and will continue to buy what I want and need from Hobby Villa.

If I could give 10 stars I would. What a amazing group of people that run this shop. Anyone I talked to was more than friendly and helpful. Ran into a issue with a product that should have not been available for shipping. Instead of canceling my order, they stayed true and kept in contact and shipped the item out. If I am ever in the area I am for sure stopping in to meet you wonderful people!

Big shout out to Hobby Villa. I've been a long time nitro racer but making the move to 1/8 electric buggy. Ryan and staff has been super helpful with providing me with the support needed to make this change with getting the kit and parts I need to build out a what I hope to be a very competitive rig. Hobby Villa is my go to. I cannot begin to tell u how helpful the employees are here. Ryan needs a bonus IMO or one hell of a “Atta boy”. I felt he went beyond his responsibilities. Just exceptional. I’m lucky to be close to this store.
